@rosch @Bart_SanJose help po, sa form1221 & 80 my 1 address ako dun na namali ko lagay ang street kc yun ang pgkaalala ko tpos aftr ko upload ng employment contracts ko nakita ko dun ung actual address,pano yun? Mg addl info upload ba ako to correct it?o ok lng yun? Same city but different streets

Hi guys. For the forms 80 and 1221, did you print it physically, answered it using pen and scanned it again or did you just edit it and answered it electronically using the Adobe PDF? Thanks

Me and my husband answered it using computer then print the page na need ng signature, used blue pen then had it scanned. Attach it together with the other forms, pinagmerge nya, then we saved it as one file mga nasa 1mb or less lang then yun. Inattach namin

@thatbadguy i answered electronically using "pdf xchange viewer" including pasting my scanned signature then i print to pdf using "cute pdf".

In some information that i entered, it did not fit to the rectangle given, some info were hidden, so i used the markup/insert text feature of "pdf xchange viewer"

unfortunately, it doesnt guarantee na maapproved ung visa mo kahit may state nomination, it is still subject to police and medical clearance provided na tama ung claiming mo of points.

Hello po sa lahat!

Newbie po ako here, i am about to start applying for subclass 189. sana po maka help sakin saan mag start from scratch. as in puro basa basa lang ginagwa po gawa ko dito sa forum and it is very helpful. pero wala po kasi ako mahanap na from scratch na same ng sitwasyon ko.

eto po info ko. Graduate of BSECE last 2011 and licensed po, patapos narin ako ng MSECE (masters- thesis nalang) ,CCNP certified, 4 yrs overall job exp pero 3 years lang don ang related sa network (263111 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer). 28 years old. wala pang IELTS (plan ko palang kumuha this year).

Yung 4 yrs exp ko ay:

1 yr - non-network related
8 months ( network security engineer)
3 months (network operation center engineer)
2.2 years network analyst - currently employed here (australian company pala to)

i believe, ACS kasi e nag babawas ng number of years which depends on your degree/diploma. so kung yun ang mangyayari sakin, mababawasan yung 3 yrs network related exp ko and makakakuha ako ng 0 points. (5 points = 3 yrs exp in the last 10 yrs).

ang question ko po e, should i start na po ba mag apply? or should i wait for 3 years exp sa current company ko? may wife ako pero patapos palang sya ng schooling nya e, next year siguro sya makaka grad. kasi, nag rough estimate ako sa point system. ang deciding factor po yung IELTS. if maka 7 ako, 60 points, if 8, may 70 pts ako while naka 0 ang occupation exp.

am i on the right track? any advise po?

Good Day po. May tanong po ako regarding sa notarized documents, ok lang po ba na magkaibang notary public ang nag notarized sa mga documents ko? Yung mga nahuli na docs ko galling pa kasing middle east. Yung una sa Pinas po na notary public, yung second sa Singapore po..

Namali si husbang ng lagay ng visa refusal nya sa US, nailagay nya October instead of September. Ok lang ba yun? Or need pa namin submit form for incorrect answers? @rosch

Just want to share my experience using debit card para dun sa mga balak mag lodge pero walang credit card with credit limit na malaki.

Usually madami gumamit at nag recommend ng Unionbank EON, so I applied for one but as per Unionbank wala na daw yun and they recommend yung new debit card nila which is yung GetGo. I asked them if it can transact as much as 250k and they said yes, may form lang na ipapasa para itaas ang transaction limit.

Since medyo kampante ako na okay naman ung card and medyo na late na ako mag lodge. April 16 yung expiration ng invite ko April 11 ako nag try mag lodge. Unfortunately ayaw gumana nung debit card, at first akala ko insufficient ung fund pero nde. The next day pinuntahan ko ung bank and almost buong araw kami dun to figure out bakit ayaw gumana nung card. This is April 12 na April 13 is the last banking day since mag holy week na nito so taranta na ako at baka nde pa ako makapag lodge.

So yung bank manager todo asikaso naman sakin. they tried to contact everyone from the main office to figure out bakit ayaw ma accept ung transaction. then finally someone informed him na hangang 100k nalang daw ang transaction limit ng debit card. security purpose daw so wala na din kwenta ung pag request ng much higher transaction limit.

Buti nalang last minute naka hanap ako ng friend na may malaking credit limit. maiyak iyak na ako pati si misis kala namin nde na kami makakapag lodge. hehehe

@Noodles12 grabe sobra yung nangyari sayo, i cant imagine the stress you've been through. Pero ibig sabihin nyan, its meant to be pa din kasi nakapag lodge ka pa din. Masarap huminga pagkatapos kasi matapos ang hirap, success pa din. Sabay sabay tayo magpray na visa grant tayo.
Ako i suggest, yung iba wag na paabutin na sobrang tagalang paglodge kasi may mga instances na down ang immiaccount or may issues, so to minimize the stress, lodge na kung ok naman na lahat ng documents. Congrats @Noodles12 for sharing your experience

@kisses1417 yes, I suggest wag niyo ako gayahin na last minute na nag lodge. Although nagka problem din kasi kami kaya late na kami nakapag lodge. Hopefully nga ma grant. hehe

I suggest kung may mahihiraman ng CC na kaya ung amount mag CC nalang instead of debit cards. If tama pagkaka intindi ko sa explanation sakin ng Unionbank is parang lahat ata ng debit cards is nilimit na nila ang transaction amount. Di ko alam kung palusot nalang nila to sakin dahil napahiya sila. hehe

Tanong po: Nurse po kasi wife ko, then sa my health declaration sinagot ko na "no" yung tanong sa Does any applicant intend to work as doctor, nurse during their stay in Australia?"
Kasi naisip namin mag iinitial entry pa lang nmn ksi at di p magsstay doon..magkakaproblema kaya to?sa form 80 "no" din ang sagot namin..

@Noodles12 i share the same story with you haha, pero sa akin naka dalawang attempt sa EON bago naging okay....

deadline ko mag lodge Jan 22, nag lodge ako Jan 19 after nung medical sa Nationwide Cebu....

i lodge habang nasa ferry going to Bohol...

binabawi ang stress sa gala.... hehe...

unfortunately hanggang ngayon wala pa din grant... it will 3 months after lodgement tom... anyway maige na ang may inaantay....

for now focus sa trabaho muna, at check ng email at PinoyAu from time to time...

naka dalawang CO contact a ako, check my timeline sa signature ko...

sige lang, baka medyo delay din dahil sa mga bagong policy inantay ma finalize, kasi ititigil na ang 457 next year daw, good for 189/ 190 mababawasan ang copetition sa job market....
