  Me too, wala pa kami visa grant. May hinihintay pa kasi kami na medical. Just wondering do I have to press yung button sa immi kahit waiting pa for medical? Expired na kasi yung 28 days, but I have informed the CO about the medical pero hindi naman sya nagreply. So Ok lang ba yun kahit hindi ko ipress yung button?

  Hello po, tanong ko lang po, sana may nkakaalam..
  
  Sa immigration po ba ang need lang nila ay yung Visa Grant, passport na may PDOS sticker?
  
  kasi po may work na ako dito sa Australia under 457visa, usually kapag umuuwe ako kelangan pa ng OEC at kung anek anek na para sa OFW. pero siguro sa sunod kong bakasyon sa Pinas (in 3 weeks time) (sana) may PR na ako.
  
  Then kapag lumabas ulet ako ng Pinas, tho trabaho ang dahilan at hindi BM, need pa po ba dumaan sa POEA, OWWA etc kahit PR Visa na hawak mo?
  
  salamat sa sasagot. (mejo magulo ata tanong ko)..

  I believe OEC is not needed if may PR ka na. But I think no harm din to get a OEC exemption since it's just done easily via online. @hayrOHOiro

  Hello batchmates. Medyo matagal akong hindi nakareply dito kasi may hinintay ako na medical ng isa sa kids ko. Baka matulungan nyo ako, if ever familiar kayo sa ganitong case. One of my kids was 2 yo when he underwent medical last Dec 2016 but the doctor labelled him with Speech delay because he asked some questions, but my kid did not engage in the conversation. So I was asked to have my kid checked by a child specialist. So the third party child specialist conducted a test (about an hour of speaking and skill test) to my kid. Then she wrote a report that my kid's speaking skills is comparable to a 1 year old's based on the standard milestone chart. So it means more than one year ang delay nya. I waited for several months for the result from BUPA, and a response came just yesterday, saying that my child did NOT meet the health requirements because the "mild developmental delay" will be needing special care that the Au gov't will shoulder at a significant cost.
  I've read that if one of the family members fails the medical requirement, the whole family's visa gets denied.
  Does it this is the end of the road for us?

  @gemini baka rinekta tanong agad ni doctor ndi man lang nagpainit. since natural sa bata na ndi agad nagrerespond sa di kakilala baka ganon nangyari. si baby kasi non pinangunahan na agad ni misis yun doctor na it will take time kase mahiyain/ndi basta basta magrerespond sa di kakilala. tapos pinakitaan daw ng doctor ng laruan. ayun nag-engage na si baby at nagsimula na magrespond. dala ka ng favourite toy nya tapos iabot mo sa doctor baka makatulong.

  I agree with u @MikeYanbu mabait ang panel doctor na tumingin sa amin sa cebu. Kahit nga yong anak ko ayaw magcooperate kasi nagtatanrum that time, ang haba ng pasensya ng doctor. ^^ babae sila lahat dun.

  Apr. 14- Visa Lodge
  Apr. 24- CO contact asking for certified copy of passport for my son and my evidence of overseas study. CO Ruth
  Same day - complied all requested docs.
  June 9, 2017- 2nd CO contact- no docs requested (automated email for the delay of visa grant)
  September 13, 2017 - VISA GRANT!!!! CO Ruth- team adelaide
