    @engr_boy : parang napaisip ako. yung pina-CTC ko rin ata dati sa peninsula plaza wala din contact number. basta stamp ng CTC, notary public (with registration number ata yun) at signature nung abugado. yan yung naaalala ko. :)
    double check mo ulit boss and if wala talaga, just give them a call... tell them it is a requirement for australian migration. chances are, they are aware of this! :)

    @psychoboy tawagan ko na lang sila. Kung wala talaga at ayaw nila. ulit na lang.

    @cleon chineck ko na sa skills app form ng surveying and spatial sciences institute. Di naman required except sa diploma translation. Tagalog kasi diploma namin kaya may diploma translation na na pina-ctc ko sa pinas. May contact info at address kaya ok na sya.     - photocopy ng passport, copy nyo na rin yung page na may tatak ng unang dating niyo, tatanungin nya yun. kung iba passport na gamit nyo nung una nyong pasok sa SG, dalhin nyo rin yun + photocopy nun
    - photocopy ng ic.

    tinanong ako kung gusto ko daw ba kuhanin personally, sabi ko oo, pinasulat ako sa form ng note na nagrerequest na kung pwde ko kuhanin personally. tipid din yun by 1-2 weeks, ngyn scan ko n lang and email tapos!!

    ngyn... 2 weeks pa to pick-up yung clearance... manhid na ako sa mga hintayan na to.

    So boss @LittleBoyBlue - they allow that you can pick up your PCC? I had the impression that they don't allow kasi... Or is this because PR ka?

    Anyway, ayus ito, you can save a lot of time here... :) 2 weeks waiting diba bago makuha?

    First and foremost congratulation! :)

    Not too familiar with 190 but there is some sort of agreement that you need to respond to them right? Shortly after you complete that, you should get your invite from DIAC.

    Once you have your DIAC invite, try to finish and lodge your visa asap... After submitting, mga 10 days until you will get your acknowledgement. Pagkatapos nito, around 5wks until you will get your case officer. Afterwards, depende how complicated your case is but you should be close to getting the grant.

    Take note that this is the ideal! Case to case basis pa rin... :)

    Whilst waiting for your case officer, it would be good to sort out your PCC and your medicals para mas mabilis na when your time comes.

    Hi guys, earlier today I submitted an appeal for certification of no criminal records sa Singapore Police in Cantonment. Basically as most of you know, SG Police does not give out PCC to non-Singapore and non PRs (?) - basically ang kailangan is an endorsement from case officer.

    As we are leaving Singapore permanently in December, we are afraid baka ma delay ang processing ng PCC namin. So, we submitted this appeal (email SPF or myself for a copy) form together with some supporting docs like acknowledgement letter of our visa application, EP and passport.

    I will get the feedback if this request will be granted in 10 days... Hopefully it should all be good! :)

    @hotshot - This was planned before na hanggang 2012 lang kami... :) Way before we decided to try applying for Oz.

    when the visa grant comes, di naman kami kaagad aalis for Oz - may planned vacation pa kami until Easter Weekend coming out from Pinas.

    In God's grace, cguro mga early April... :)

    I know someone who has this 4 year itch din; batchmate ko sa visa invitation (1st Oct), si @Cleon and si @ricshei, who is about to start in his visa processing adventure... :)

    SG is good but sooner or later, you may want to go elsewhere. Whether it be back to Pinas or some other country depends on ones preference... :)

    Nasa Oz ka na ba? If not when are you flying and which particular location?
