im in melbourne. im going to miss my orientation on monday. my agent will be requesting for delayed commencement due to delayed visa grant. @Viv june 1 ka pa? ako june 6..

Hi. My husband lodged june 6 din and until now wala pa. Problem is di pa kami nagpa medical (dependent ako) will that be a problem? Sabi kasi samin mag aadvise daw ang co pag pwede na kami pa medical. Or pwede na kami magpa medical na on mon na lang? Thank you!

@mtag student visa? you're supposed to lodge the health declaration assessment at the same time so when they start assessing your application, may medical results na. you should lodge it today so you can go on monday. you need a HAP id so you can get your medical done.

@mtag You're supposed to submit your medical confirmation/hap id. Nag pamedical muna ko as i was preparing my documents tapos nung nilodge ko meron na result

Yes student visa. We have the hap id na. Thank you for replying. Nakaka confuse kasi sabi samin wait daw for advise pero sa nakita ko naman almost all nagpa medical na.

for those who feel they'd be missing the orientation, you must give notice to your institution, usually they give consideration since we're from overseas so they understand that getting a visa isnt a quick process.

yes yes yes! diba parang nkaapat na visa na sana ako. i posted my timeline dun sa subclass 500 update. my commencement is on july 19. nagpa last minute pa cla ng additional medical exam sakin. Patience lng talaga ung kelangan kahit gustong gusto ko ng magreklamo sa DIBP.

Hi everyone! shi-share ko lng ung nakaka stress kong TIMELINE.
(may IDP agent ako)
*jan. 31 - received COE (English Language Bridging 17weeks + B-NURSING 0ne year)
Actualy Dec. 28,2016 pako may Offer,but agent was on vacation til jan.4
Then before i made de payment i asked her if ELB course muna ung babayaran
and OSHC, she said yes. The university emailed us back to include the deposit required
for my principal course (B-Nursing). So ulit ulit nnman.

*Feb. 20 - medical exam
*Feb. 28 - lodged application

within jan.31-feb.28 medyo matagal before nkapag lodge kc nagka prob kme ng agent ko
kasi nawala lahat ng original docs ko as in lahat including
my passport. IDP have send it to the wrong adres,
then later on na trace namn namin.

*March 20- commencement date
We asked the university for an extension.

*March 28 - my agent emailed DIBP for follow-up.
DIBP emailed us to to submit (3)additional docs:COE,OSHC,Medical exam
un pala My COE got expired along with de OSHC since the school cancelled it already. I've checked my e-medical account and nakalagay that they already submitted my medical results
to DIBP Feb.21 pa.

*March 30 - applied for deferral

*April 3 - Got my new COE,OSHC (commence:July 19)

*April 4- UPDATED visa application (my agent attached and submitted de docs through immi account)
*May 16 & 30 - agent followed-up DIBP (still no response as of june 6)

immi account STATUS: assessment in progress

Today (June 6,2017) as i post dis message assessment in progress pa pa din sya(Lodged:Feb.28)
If i will base the processing time sa DIBP website, naka dalawang visa na sana ako. hahah!
Oh Lord God please help me.
p.s : parang nakakamatay pala ung pag-aantay na parang walang kasiguraduhan.
Pahingi nman jan ng lakas ng loob.

Update: (july 3, 2017)

June 16- agent called. she told me tumawag sa kanya ung immigration instructing her that i should do additional heath exam: HIV test,hep B, hep C. friday un. so i did the medical on monday.

June 19 - nagawa ko na ung additional med exam.
june 21- clinic submitted the results to DIBP.
june 29 - nag follow up kme sa DIBP just to notify them na naibigay na namin ung request nila.
so up to now still waiting sa response ng DIBP. Proud ako sa agent ko na never ako sinukuan khit from the start pahirapan na mkakuha ng offer letter. Iba talaga pg sagana sa info ung agent haha. nkaka pag reason out sa mga universities na halos e reject kana.

very transparent ung agent ko, everytime she will make a follow up sa immigration naka cc ako sa email. nakita ko ung akin manila embassy. my nabasa ako pg ung application mu sa embassy sa aussie na assign for assessment mas mabilis dw ung process.TAFe din ako nung una but sabi high risk ako sa visa refusal. RN na kasi ako plus may experience dito and abroad. So binigyan ako maraming option sa mga universities.
