Hello, question po ulit. Mag claim po ako ng 3 years experience Which inacknowledge naman ni ACS, kaya lang hati yung duration. Bale 2 years nasa ibang bansa ako then connected sa current role ko ngayon dito sa pinas kaya nabuo ko yung 3 year requirement. Same company lang naman, bale deployment lang yung sa ibang bansa. Sa declaration po ng work experience, ilalagay ko pa ba pareho? Parang yung current ko lang kasi narecognize nila.

@PMPdreamer I think bale yung magiging first entry mo sa EOI is from 10/09-10/13 pero hindi ka mag-claim ng points.

Then for your 11/13-02/16 experience, kung nakakuha ka ng separate Employment Certificates para dun sa overseas assignment and sa local kahit na same company, mas ok separate entries din.

Pero I assume isa lang yung CoE mo kaya naka-total na 6yrs, so dapat isa lang din ung entry mo. Baka mag-conflict kasi sa assessment dahil iba ung EOI entry mo sa results ng ACS.

@jrang d ko matandaan, less than 5 days siguro. tinanong ko pa kasi dun sa SLEC kung kela nila ma-upload, iniipon pa daw, by batch daw ung upload nila.

Hello everyone, ask ko lang kung merong same case ko dito, nagpa medical exam ako around last week of August 2016, may nakita sa lungs ko, then I did sputum exam for 3 days and xray after 3 months. Cleared naman ako, then pina sign ako ng Health Undertaking last May 22, 2017.

Today, I received an email requiring me to repeat the Medical exam, since "expired" na daw. I'm confused, since I thought 1 year yung validity nung medical.

@Strader yung mga nagtanong ang sabi daw, mali yung claimed points, nagoverclaim daw sa education instead of 10, the agent claimed 15 points.

guys that is really bad news... kaya mahirap magclaim nang sobrahan.. kaya dun tayo sa safeside.. @rdi malalaman ba kung kelan cia atleast nag visa lodge?

@MikeYanbu sana at least they would refund all his money including yung sa pte. Aning agency Kaya Yun. Anyway, ingat guys. Make sure trusted niyo yung agents, for those who are using an agent. Dumaan din naman Ako sa agent, and ok naman nangyari

@xiaolico i doubt it, lalo na kung hindi rin ni refund ng dibp ang visa fee, malamang may safeguard sa contract ang agent na d sila mapapahamak tandaan sila ang gumagawa ng contract....

napansin ko hindi na sya kinontak ng CO and direct refusal agad. mabigat nga yan kapag overclaimed and may sanction for that if babasahin nyo mabuti.

question po about sa 2nd installation ng visa fee na nabasa ko lang din dito sa forum...bakit may 2nd installation? i thought kasi fully paid dapat upon lodgement of visa and 1800aud yung cost ng dependent visa. thanks po sa makakapagbigay liwanag.

sa agency ko kasi, money back yan pag ganyan. basta sila nagkamali sa documentation and claiming of points. hope that person is okay

Naku, kinabahan tuloy ako sa points na nilagay ko sa EOI. Pero keep positive lang tayo. Malapit na buhos ng ITA. Ang agency na gamit ko, Google at PinoyAU. hehe. So far so good nmn lahat.
