Pa share naman po sa meron experience na pumunta ng australia with student visa pero may kasama dependent. My question is mataas ba chance ng denial ng dependent? Kung kasal? Or defacto? Thank you.

hi. i am in student visa with dependent. de facto partner ko sya. nauna ako maglodge then nung na approve na tsaka namin inapply ang dependent visa nya and na approve naman.

hello and good day to all,

me and my small family are planning to migrate to australia through the Student Visa pathway..

i will get my wife to enroll for masters and i will do 1-2 full time jobs to mitigate expenses and her tuition fees.

problem is, we dont know who can/will take good care of our 2 year old daughter by that time, while im working and my wife studying and working at the same time.

day care might be too expensive for us.

need advise from families who did this approach.

Hi guys! Currently in melb together with my husband. Sabay namin inapply ang visa namin, and luckily, na grant naman.

Our showmoney was based on our family composition. Since we have a kid, kasama ang expenses nya sa kinompute for our show money. Pero hindi namin sinama ang baby namin. Too risky as he's still young. Adjustment will be a big challenge, especially winter ng dumating kami dito.

Sabi nila, DIBP is a bit strict to couples applying for visa na magkasabay. However, it doesn't really mean na its not possible to receive a grant notice. It will depend on your GTE/ Statement of purpose as to why you will need your husband or significant other to join you in australia. Your GTE speaks volumes of your intention to go to australia and you need to work on it to prove that both of you will be coming back to the philippines.

i eto ung mga docs na pinasa for my partner

sa proof of relationship naman eto pinasa ko:
statement ng landlord namin na nagrerent kami sa kanya
mga statement ng relatives and friends
SOP ng partner ko ( nakastate ung buong kwento ng relationship nmin at ang reason bakit gusto nya sumama sa oz)
mga receipts of goods na my address namin
screenshot of watsapp convo
travel tickets and hotel bookings na my names namin
naka PDF file ng mga pics namin and with friends and family (my nakalagay dates & place)
joint account bank statement
remittance receipts
naka pdf file na scanned cards and letters

** lahat ng maisip mong proof ilagay mo na kase dba hindi pa kasal so dapat ma prove talga na in a genuine rel.

other docs pa:
employment certificate, company contracts, ID nya,
-- eto naman to prove na temporary lang sya and may naghihintay na work sa kanya.

Hi guys,
Tanong ko lang if anyone from this forum already had their visa grant for subclass 500 with depende partner, with primary student taking up master degree (coursework)?

If yes, what’s the work limitation indicated on your partner’s visa grant notice?

Medyo confused lang ako kasi as per website ng homeaffairs, sabi if master course or doctoral, ang partner will have full time work rights, as per VEVO ganun din ang nakalagay when we checked. Pero ss grant notice letter, naka specify “master degree by research or doctoral” kaya nakakalito.

Sana may same case ako dito. Ang hirap din mag call sa AU immi lagi ang haba ng Q. Sa australian embassy naman dito sa atin wala sila contact number daw, through email lang na usually 2 weeks bago mag respond.
