need your input please. i was having a problem on how i can add my mother as dependent . it was my agent who filled my the online application , but i provided them my 1276 Form.

if your mother is a dependent (meaning you support her financially), and you don't want her to migrate with you.. then that's the only time you put her on the NON-migration dependents section..
naturally, your children should be in the migrating dependents/secondary applicants section.. unless there are valid reasons you dont want the kids to be with you in AU..
In Summary:
a) Migrating dependents - yung mga anak. or parents kung gusto (may criteria on how to check if they are really dependents)
b) NON-migrating dependents - any dependents na hindi isasama sa Au.. (example anak sa labas
c) Other family members - i believe dito yung mga brothers and sisters.

when i applied my visa, for some reasons, my mother is not declared as a non-migrating dependent ( mistake done by my agent actually). now that my visa was granted, i came across to one section in diac web which states that for those who are holders of 475 visa, they can add a dependent to their exisiting visa.
it made me think of adding my mother as a migrating dependent ( who is really dependent to me, i have been supporting her financially , this can be proven by remittances slip from dubai-philippines ). but according to some comments i got in other forums, i can only add a migrating dependent, if i had declared them as non -migrating dependent during my application.
kind a tricky , right..
