Guys eto balak ko when I receive my assessment from EA. 4 sana na EOI gagawin ko namely:

    189 visa
    190 visa (NSW)
    489 FS - Perth
    489 FS- Queensland

60 lang talaga ang sagad na points na possible sa akin ngayon if I get superior english. Ok lang ba na magsubmit ako ng 4 separate EOIs? Ano ba downsides nito? Any insights will be welcome thanks!

    Hi mga Kabayans!,

Ask ko lang po sana sa mga nag successful sa pag fill up ng FORM 80.

    PART A - Applicant Detail
Question 4 - Ano po nilagay niyo na Given Name? Kasama po ba ang middle name?

    PART B - Passport/Travel Document details
Question 7 - Ano po nilagay niyo na Given Name? Kasama po ba ang middle name?

    PART C - Identity Documents
Question 14 -Ano pong ID Documents ang nilagay niyo? Hope to get your inputs.

    Hi guys,

I need your advice regarding my EOI entry on the Employment part. Based on my ACS assessment result last year 2016, I can claim 12+ experience since ACS considered my experience after May 2003. In the EOI under the Employment part, it states that "should provide details of the client's employment history for the last 10 years". In relation to this, please enlighten me with the following questions/clarifications so I can have the accurate entries:

    1. Is it OK that I entered my Company A experience after May 2003 since ACS considered it and I also ticked relevant? But in this case, the experience is beyond 10 years already.

    2. With the calculation of last 10 years of employment history, is it after the result of my assessment skills?

Below is the result of my ACS assessment.

The following employment after May 2003 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261312 (Developer Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code.

    Dates: 05/99 - 06/06 (7yrs 1mths)
    Position: Programmer
    Employer: Company A

    Dates: 09/06 - 10/07 (1yrs 1mths)
    Position: Software Developer
    Employer: Company B

    Dates: 02/08 - 07/10 (2yrs 5mths)
    Position: Software Engineer
    Employer: Company C

    Dates: 03/11 - 06/12 (1yrs 3mths)
    Position: Web Developer
    Employer: Company D

    Dates: 06/12 - 10/14 (2yrs 4mths)
    Position: Web Developer
    Employer: Company E

    Dates: 11/14 - 12/15 (1yrs 1mths)
    Position: Software Developer
    Employer: Company F

    Dates: 01/16 - 10/16 (0yrs 9mths)
    Position: Software Developer
    Employer: Company G

    Maraming Salamat po.

    Subclass 190 - (60 + 5 spouse points + 5 SN) = 70pts.

@lainey Most definitely, since to claim partner points eh kailangan mo ng positive skill assessment and all assessing bodies require some sort of english proficiency exam.

Guys, meron na ba na hingin ng CO ng payroll bank statement pero di na provide kasi closed na ung account? anong pong ginawa nyo? Ok lng ba mag statutory declaration na lang na closed na ung account kaya walang ma provide na bank statement?

@jhun2384, I work in a bank. Kailan na close yung payroll account?

At the minimum, banks are required under Philippine regulation to retain customer records as follows:

    1) Non-financial (IDs, agreement, etc) for at least five years from date of account closure; and,
    2) Financial (transactions, which include bank statement) for at least five years from date of transaction.

Should your circumstance be within the retention period, I believe you can demand the bank statement.

@engr.len depends sa total points goal mo and if you badly need another 5 pts. reminder din po na you need to consider your age and skills availability will change from time to time

@engr.len if sa EA assessment, pede ka naman mag pa assess any time. There are two possible scenarios. The first is with RSEA, i-assess ni EA iyong work experience based sa period of employment up to present. Bale ang ma assess syo is less than 5 years lng, pro pg march next year, pede ka mg pa assess ulit nang RSEA sa EA with fee. The second scenario is without RSEA. If confident ka na related ung work experience mo sa nominated occupation mo, pede kana hindi mg pa RSEA. Then, you can proceed in EOI. Pag march next year, i-update mo nlng iyong details sa EOI and automatic na mg change din iyong points from 5 to 10 points. Hope this will help.
