Do you need to use a Australian Registered Migration Agent?

@Bambi hello there, I'm a migration agent...I just saw your post. I'm not sure if I could be of any help in case you're considering someone based in Philippines as I'm based here in London. Most of my clients are Brits but once in a while I get queries from Philippines through word of mouth. The thing about me assisting fellow Filipinos is I don't really charge much, just fair and enough to cover my overheads. It's just my way of giving back as I did the Australian journey myself many years ago so I understand to be in your shoes. Not sure if need ko padaanin sa agent or kaya ko na mag process on my own ng PR for AU. Pricy kasi halos 700thou PHP din for me and my wife and my 5 year old kid. Any advise to those na hindi dumaan sa agent?

@Kojak may agent na nagsabi. hindi daw lahat ng agent ay created equal, para daw doctor hindi lahat ng doctor magaling. d ko na babanggitin ang pangalan nya. pero i would say may mga agent naman na affordable at capable. mahal ata ang 700k. you need to break down the fee and try asking around. try mo pm si Ms Rhea ng Visa Consort

pero kung marami kang oras, you can also DIY but medyo malupet na research ang need mo.

@Kojak 700k i think including the visa fee na yun. Sa agent PF alone nasa 90k to 150k so try getting quotes from various agents.

@Kojak standard MARA agent fee for PR application in Melbourne is around 3,500 AUD. Di ko sure kung sa single lang ito nag apply.

@KDOKait they are independent entity / individuals not connected to any. But they have the expertise and knowledge about how to go through with the visa application.
