@dyanisabelle i would suggest to follow any visa condition(s) just to be safe. this may affect citizenship application or RRV in the future...

@dyanisabelle hi, you might get an invite for your 189 the next round. as per the latest EOI dated 4-Oct-2017, for auditor, the score was 75 points for EOI submitted 2-August.

Hi. nagsubmit na kami kahapon ng eoi. competent lang ako sa pte pero 65 overall points. nagagency kami. accdg to my consultant, wala tlg assurance if 65 score mo or higher na mainvite ka tlg. is that true? depende padi daw kc sa need ng state/govt. last last week daw may nainvite sya na client, 65 pointer ICT background.

@kaidenMVH kapatid, kailan ka nagsumit ng EOI mo for 190 NSW? usually daw every thu at fri sila nag iinvite. Waiting din ako.

@James15 yep, tama yung agent mo. SS for NSW, you may not get an invite with 65 points kc mejo mababa ung points mo plus your occupation is in ICT.

Each state, they consider points and occupation before they send invites. There are certain occupations na napakaraming nagaapply like accountants, auditors, ICT, engineers kaya matagal bago ma-invite especially if low scores kc inuuna ung mas mataas ang points.

I do not know the details of your points but you may want to try getting a higher english to pump up your EOI score and to get higher chances of getting invited, consider other states with less points required or switch to 489 if you applied for 190 to get extra 5 points

Hi Guys, last week I received an invitation from SA 489 and I already clicked APPLY VISA and filled out the elodgement but have NOT yet submitted. I got another invitation from NSW for visa 190 today. Can I still apply for NSW? Thanks

@carlo77 yes. hanggat hindi ka pa nagbabayad hindi ka pa nakapag lodge ng visa nun. congrats sa invitation.

@carlo77 take the ITA from NSW (visa 190). yun ay kung ako lang nman tatanungin mo. anyway yun application mo for SA SS is not yet submitted naman e. you can just let the ITA from SA lapse.

Question po para sa mga nag 190 with de facto partners.. sa NSW nomination application form for the subclass 190 visa kailangan na po ba i-upload ang de facto evidences? Ang portion lang po kasi dun about dependents is tinanong lang kung ilan, wala pa details ng dependent. Thanks po.

@dyanisabelle I think you don't need to submit your evidences for de facto sa NSW online application.. upon lodging visa mo pa sya e aattach as your supporting docs.

@Hunter_08 thank you! Di pa kasi namin complete yung affidavits, next week pa namin macocomplete. But if di pa required at this stage I can accomplish the application form already, yun na lang naman kulang namin hehe. Thanks again!

@carlo77 just wondering, may expiration ba invitation ng 489? Yung sa NSW kasi it might take time bago nila iapprove. Sa case ko 6 weeks. Pero kung confident ka naman na maaapprove, go for it. Good luck sir!

@silverblacksoldier 2 months naman yung allotted time na ibibigay if ever maka receive ng ITA.. I think may enough time pa si @carlo77 hintayin yung result ng NSW if I'm not mistaken.
