@dreamer111114 pag di pa rin kasya, mg attach ka ng word file na may table kapareha nung nasa form 80. Ganyan ginawa ko kasi di kasya yung international travel.

Question po mga mates. Dun sa employment part, nag-part-time prof kasi ako before concurrently sa isang full-time work ko before. Kelangan ko parin ideclare to diba? Hindi ko na kasi dineclare sa ACS ito noong nagpa-skills assessment ako pero nasa SSS records ko ito eh balak ko mag-upload din ng SSS online printout. Also, ang COE lang na meron ako for this was dated 2013 pa and walang job description. Ok lang po ba kaya ito? Thanks!

@etmangaliman yes lahat ng naging employment whether you will claim points or not. kasi it was really clear that there should be NO GAPS so kelangan since birth nga ata hangang ngayon pati ung unemployed ka kung anu ung ginagawa mo dapat ideclare dun.

@akoaypinoy actually kahit hindi ko ilagay yung part-time ko wala parin akong gap since concurrent siya sa full-time work ko before. Worry ko is kung kelangan parin ba mag-provide ng COE with job description para sa part-time ko. Thanks!

@etmangaliman actually may ganyang case din ako may dalawang company na nasa sss contribution ko pero hindi ko na dineclare sa form 80 kasi wala akong COE na maprovide tyaka each company one month lang ako employed at nag-AWOL ako hindi ko lang alam kung magiging issue yun considering na wala akong employment sa pinas na icclaim. sana wala naman.

Hello sa mga nag visa grant diyan.. this is with regards on the GIVEN NAMES, kasi sa EOI ko walang naka lagay ng MIDDLE NAME. While nag ba-backread ako nabasa ko na sinali nila ang MIDDLE NAME sa GIVEN NAMES doon sa form 80. Ang tanong ko..

1. Dapat ko bang Ilagay ang middle name under sa given names? but ang worry ko is hindi na cya consistent sa EOI.

2. If isali ko ang middle name one line lang ba cya or two lines?

Example: Firstname: JUAN Middle Name: REYES Last Name: DELA CRUZ

All Given Names:
JUAN REYES

OR

Two lines:

All Given Names:
JUAN
REYES

@carlo77 Sa application namin, I didn’t put our middle names. Yung first name and last name lang. Sa visa grant sila na mismo ang naglagay nung middle name. I think they based it on the passport and put whatever names are appearing on it.

@Cassey Ok, Since sa EOI ko ay walang middle name I will do the same sa visa lodge/immiaccount at sa Form 80 for consistency. Maraming salamat

My usual residence is Singapore. What should I put in the above question?

Ang sitwasyon ko is I'm working back and forth in Singapore.

2010 - 2011: Working in Singapore
2011 - 2012: Back in the Philippines
2012 - 2014: Working in Singapore
2014 - 2015: Back in the Philippines
2015 - current: Working in Singapore

I'm thinking of these possible answers. Which one is quite appropriate?

Option 1:

Option 2:

@carlo77 Ilagay mo na lang both Phils and Sg and iclick mo rin yung question mark icon. Nakalagay naman siguro kung ano yung chronological order na gusto nila kung meron man.

Hi po, ask ko lang kasi nagwork ako sa Indonesia ng 3 months so need ko siya ilagay dun sa residence ko since makikita nila na nagwork ako dun. My only concern is if hingan ako ng police clearance kasi di naman ako nakakuha ng work permit dun kaya nagresign ako.

Hello miss @Cassey @aisleandrow tanong ko naman po regarding dun sa residence. Maghahanap po ba sila ng evidence? Kase po d naman lahat ng natirhan ko may tenancy contract ako so wala akong mapo provide na evidence kung sakali. Ty po

@Blackmamba hindi na kasi 1 years of stay naman bago ka hingan ng PCC pero may instance na yung CO hinihingan pa din pero yung country hindi ka ata bibigyan kasi need mo ng 6 months nag stay bago ka makakuha at sabi mo nga wala kang work permit.

@Blackmamba ibigay mo lang yung guidelines ng malaysian police na hindi sila nagbibigay ng PCC for residence with less than 6 months of stay.. check mo din yung site nila para makasure ka.

Hello guys!

May mga tanong sana ako regarding sa immiaccount entries at form 80. I hope you can help me.

1. Sinong gumamit ng Birth Certificate dito as National Identity. Just wondering ano ilagay ko sa identification number?

2. Sa history ng jobs ko..

Company A - assessed (entered in the EOI)
Company B - assessed (entered in the EOI)
Company C - not assessed (NOT in the EOI) kasi wala akong proof like COE & payslip
Company D - assessed (entered in the EOI)

Sa Form 80 kailangan kong ilagay lahat ng employments ko.. is it SAFE if I'll put Company C sa Form 80 kahit wala sa EOI at Visa lodge/immiaccount?

sa mga based overseas, "yes" po ba ang sagot dito?

@luciano parang di ako comfortable na hindi mo siya dineclare sa EOI kasi either way kelangan mo siya ilagay sa immiaccount mo dahil bawal ang gap dun unless you’ll say na unemployed ka during that time which is lying naman. Kailangan mo kasi maging consistent at honest sa lahat ng iinput mo. Pero ito ay personal opinion ko lang.

@Grifter no ang nilagay namin since working visa lang naman ang hawak namin.

Tanong dito sa international travel, sinama nyo pa ung mga 1 day pasyal sa JB para sa mga nasa SG. Actually, completed ko na fill-upan tong form kaso nag-aalala asawa ko baka raw kasi questionin kami ang dami naming 1 day exits.

@jazmyne18 ako lahat nilagay ko.. maski balikan lang yung JB ko nakalagay pa din kasi mag stamp yun e.. ipapasa nyo kasi yung copy ng passports nyo with stamps.

@Hunter_08 Confirm ko lang about this sa Form 80, ung copy ng passport with stamps, para lang ba ito sa current passport, no need sa expired? Need ko din scan ba ung passport stamps pag magpapasa ng Form 80? Salamat in advance sa pagsagot
