    Ok lang ba na magpa assess na lang muna ako sa CPAA before ako magpa member as Associate? Feeling ko kase baka maquestion na wala ako Accounting Theory. Ang Accounting Theory ko kase included na sya sa Intermediate at Financial Accounting namin. Nagtry ako mag fill up ng oline application sa CPAA website at ang attach lang ay TOR para dun sa portion ng degree completed. Kung CPA na PH at tie up naman ang PICPA at CPAA pwede pa rin ba hindi comparable sa competency requirements? Like yung Accounting Theory hindi nakalagay mismo sa TOR? Thanks!

    Hello @ikaden0802 technically naka 5 takes ako including ung na-late ako na session so eks na agad. :/ pasado naman ung una for CPAA. Ung first two takes speaking ung sablay. Sa third biglang reading naman. Nagbreak ako for 2months then sabak ulit. Finally sinuwerte with really good scores na ndi ko inexpect at all. Tiwala lang talga. Plus, practice makes perfect! :) kaya mo yan!!!

    July 2017 - Studying for PTE-A exam. Started gathering docs. Signed contract with agent.
    September 9, 2017 - I took PTE-A. Results received after one day. L/R/S/W = 85/90/72/90 (sad)
    September 16, 2017 - Hubby took PTE-A. Results received after one day. L/R/S/W = 76/68/77/78 (konting push pa!)
    October 11, 2017 - Submitted documents to CPA Australia (hubby and me)

    (Target) Points:
    Age - 30 points (28 years old)
    English Language Ability - 20 points (God-willing!)
    Qualification - 15 points (BSA)
    Work experience - 10 points (5 years work exp)
    Partner skill qualifications - 5 points (28 y/o, PTE-A passed, BS BAA, 3-5 years work exp)

    189 - 80 points
    190 - 85 points

    21.11.2016 - Submitted EOI 189-70 : 190 (Any)-75
    01.12.2016 - Received State Nomination from WA - but requires employment so we'll let this lapse.
    08.12.2016 - Changed preferred state to "NSW"
    28.10.217 - PTE 73/85/86/75 -LRSW - sayang!
    09.12.217 - PTE 69/90/86/80 -LRSW - sayang again!

    Guys, nagstart na mag invite for 190 NSW for October pero sa ibang occupation lang, based sa mga nababasa ko dito at sa ibang forum wala pang na invite na accountant for 190 NSW for October. It seems like last invite for accountants ay 17 Jun pa. :-(
