Hello po sa lahat, pwede po ba magtanong? Could we use an old but original Certificate of Employment for the purpose of proving employment history only (but not claiming points)? Duon po sa employment where we claimed points on, we have obtained recently issued originals instead. Any views po from the group? Thanks in advance. Wishing you all the best!

@walawee As far as I know wala na factor kung mataas or mababa points mo. Sa queuing lang ng invitation.

Once na invite ka naman mag babase na ang CO sa credentials at circumstances/ requirements na sinubmit mo.

Siguro ang relevance nalang ng points is kung tama ba yung claimed points mo kasi kung nag over claim ka subject for refusal.

@walawee sa pagkakaalam ko hindi na factor ang points sa visa grant, nag mamatter dito ang priority group which is 190 is under group 3 at sa ngyayari ngayon mas mabilis ang grant ng 190 compared sa 189 which is under group 4.

After ma-select EOI mo, at nainivte ka, you have to submit documents and credentials to prove your claimed points, like what mentioned, pag nag overclaimed ka at mo na support ung points mo, ur subject for refusal. Tapos pag nainvite ka na for Visa, di na magmatter young points, ang last hurdles mo na lang ay medical at police clearances.

hello question lang po hehe - i submitted my EOI last Dec 19 and received an invite last Jan 3 for 189 visa (anzco code 261112;75 pts) -- di ko pa po ni-cclick yung apply for visa sa skillselect kasi nag-iisip pa kaming mabuti ng asawa ko haha. :P anyway, yung 60 days validity nung invite is until what stage? gusto ko lang po sana malaman kung may requirement na matagal makuha which can cause the invite to expire? thank you!

@lilith check mo yung email from skillselect may date doon kung hanggang kelan ang ika 60days mo.

ano pa bang requirment anb kulang mo? usually naman medical at police clearances(depende sa country) lang ang last line of requirements which hindi naman matagal ma process kaya enough yung 60days para makapag lodge ka ng visa. And hindi mag babase ang 60days sa pag click mo ng apply button sa skillselect page kundi sa pagka receive mo ng ITA.

Hi Guys,

Question po, for visa 190, NSW and Vic, 261313 Software Engineer ANZCode, tama po bng EOI lng needed isubmit and no need to contact the state? We just need to wait for the invite from our EOI? Worried lng kc last Dec we lodged EOI for NSW with 65 points and another EOI for Vic last Oct pero no invite p dn. Thanks po s help

@kymme @Strader @Heprex. At sa mga nag visa lodge or sa may grant na.Question po. Sa portion na non migrating members of the family unit sa pag create ng immi account na indicate ko kasi pati parents at siblings ko. Na misinterpret ko na sa form 80 lang pala dapat sila ilagay. Eto yung link na nabasa ko sa dibp.

Need ko din ba magsubmit ng form to correct incorrect entry? Or understood na ba ng CO yun na di sila kasama sa application? Kasi ako at dependent ko lang naman ang may bayad sa visa fee.

@chococrinkle yep, family unit meaning is partner/spouse and child lang. So dapat sa immi account No dapat sagot ang sagot. Hindi tagged si parents as MoFU.

@Heprex @chococrinkle hala ganun din nangyari sa application ko. na include ko sa MoFU sina erpats kaya nandun din sila sa immiaccount pero non-migrating. tingin nyo manghihingi kaya ang CO ng documents? may naka experience na ba? o better to update nalang? anong form pala kailangan? Received pa din naman status eh. Hehe!

Hello, if they are included in your application as non-migrating MoFU they will be requested to undergo medical and character checks so best to submit incorrect answers form.

In your immiaccount application, click on "update us" on the left hand side, then choose "notification of incorrect answers", enter the details then submit.

@seekmigration pano kaya yun kasi meron akong non-migrating MoFU pero ansabi ng agent namin only the copies of passport and birth certificate ang kelangan i-provide. Hindi na nya ni required ang PCC and medical health. So far no CO contact yet we lodged last Nov. 7, kaya nag woworry ako baka hingan kami. Baka kasi makulitan na sakin pag tinanong ko ulit. Since as per my agent hindi naman raw naka indicate sa DIBP policy manual to provide PCC and medical health. Meron po bang case na hindi hiningan?

Non migrating dependants (MoFu) of PR applicants are required to undergo health checks (and character checks subject to age) .

If they are not MoFu, the CO can apply logic and determine that since they cannot be categorized as Mofu, then health and character will not be required but it is still good practice to correct on immiaccount to ensure decision ready application and less delay.

Definition of MoFu as follows:

1. spouse or de facto partner
2. Child or step child of the family head or of a spouse or de facto partner of the family head (other than a child or step child who is engaged to be married or has a spouse or de facto partner) and:
has not turned 18
or
has turned 18, but has not turned 23, and is dependent on the family head or on the spouse or de facto partner of the family head
or
has turned 23 and is under paragraph 1.05A(1)(b) dependent on the family head or on the spouse or de facto partner of the family head

@vincechaos @Justin at sa mga kumuha ng nbi clearance. Question po, sa website ng nbi kasi sinasabi na effective oct 2017 multi purpose clearance nalang iissue nila with fixed rate. Eto na din ba gagamitin for travel abroad? Ng fill up ako online ang option lang na automatic naka indicate is for local employment. Di ko mahanap yung for travel abroad. Pwede naman ba indicate dun na sa nbi office mismo na ang purpose is for travel abroad? Thanks
