Hello! Merry Christmas to all!

May question lang po ako about sa pag fill up ng 189/190 visa application. Balak po namin kasi maglodge tonight, habol sana for December batch

Ang question ko po:

1) About sa Employment History, kelangan pa rin po na nakasunod sa ACS skills assessment? Kelangan pa rin po ba na hatiin yung mga years or period na relevant at ende relevant kahit isang company lang? Parang sa EOI?

Yung sa case po kasi ng husband ko yung isang company ende lahat ng years ng employment nya ay naging relevant, mga ilang years lang...

2) Dun sa current employer naman nya, ende nasama sa asssessment yung from April to December 2017 kasi nagpa- assess kami March. Sa "Date to" po ba kelangan lagay namin until March 2017? Ang problem naman kasi dito, yon pa rin ang current employer nya...

1. Yes need niyo po lagay ang start and end date kahit hindi na assess lahat. Ganyan po ung mga skills assessment authorities usually nagbabawas talaga sila ng 1 or 2 years mostly sa first employment mo. And it is right na ilagay niyo ang tamang duration ng employment nya.

2. Yes lagay niyo parin lahat ng duration. gaya ng karamihan dito nag pa assess sila last few months pa and until now sa current employer parin sila which after ng result ng assessment eh hindi na na count ung mga months after the result of assessment. It is only right na employed parin ang husband mo dyan su current employer nya. Once mag lodge kayo may instruction dyan kung paano niyo i-fillout kung andyan ka parin asawa mo sa current employer nya. Wag niyo alalahanin kung until saan lang ung assessment. Mas importante sa DIBP ang duration of employment kasi pag nilagyan niyo yan ng end date base sa skills assessment it means end of employment nya na yun. At malinaw naman na ang hinahanap ni DIBP is duration of employment and not the total months/years of assessment.

@chococrinkle yes sis! Na submit ko naman din agad. Ok na din if january aq ma invite ksi ung tita ko eh ung time deposit nya eh decmebr 31 ang labas. Eh pag hinanapan ako ng funds ng SA need ko ng pera ng tita ko pang show money. hahahhahaha! God bless us!

Nalito lang kasi kami sa tanong sa may baba after mag fill up ng details ng employment, "Is the applicant claiming points for this employment?"

Nag worry lang kasi ende naman namin icla-claim lahat ng years dun sa isang company na ende na qualify nung ACS yung ibang years...

@jumping_roo629 welcome. May supporting document naman kayo kung ano lang ung na assess sa ACS. alam na ni DIBP yan di na sila malilito. importante ma prove niyo ung claimed points niyo which is meron naman kayo pweba ng mga yan.

@eynah_gee. Yes nasa website nila. Closed from dec 22 2pm and will resume jan 2. Yan din sinabi nila na deadline sa akin to amend my eoi if they dont receive it by jan 2 then they will assess based on what was submitted and might be rejected. Buti nalang na send ko kaagad yung reply ko kaya the next dat nabigyan na ako ng invite :-)

@chococrinkle salamat sis! Sakto pala ako, january 5 balik sg aq. GNyan nga ung msg na nakuha ko from them, parehong pareho heheheh!May alam ka po ba regarding sa show money?

@eynah_gee. Wala pa po so far may nahingan ng show money. As what others have said here, its only a declaration that you have sufficient funds, though pwede nila hingin yun in case. Pero wala pa naman daw may nahingan.

@chococrinkle di ka hiningan ng proof of financial capacity sa SA? kasi sa immigration website nila meron part ng requirement nila yung settlement funds. Baka later on pag na grant ka na saka nila hingin un before ang BM mo. Better prepared na lang rin.

@eynah_gee @OZingwithOZomeness. Di po ako hiningan. Di naman required ang bank statement. Its only a financial declaration that you have sufficient funds. Based on most applicants here wala pang nahingan ng proof so far. Dont worry about that too much. If ever lang you just need to prepare just in case they ask.

@chococrinkle @eynah_gee may alam naman ako nahingan na mga friends ko kaso sa Queensland. last october lang sila pareho nag lodged ng visa. and during sa application for QLD nomination nahingan sila. Di sila active dito sa forum kaya di nakakapagshare. Oo better prepared lang.

@OZingwithOZomeness. Yes it depends sa state. There are states na nanghihingi ng proof of funds but so far for SA wala pa naman.

Good day, ask ko po sana, meron ba Naka experience dito na may trace Ng sugar/glocuse yung urine test, pinapaulit kasi Ng laboratory sa husband ko Yung urine test, inom daw marami at wag muna kumain Ng matatamis before ulitin.. Concern ba yun if ever para sa approval ng visa, worry kasi namin baka may pre diabetes sya..Salamat

@clj2012 hello, no issues naman yan. San ba kayo nag pa medical? Ako din kase may nakita, pero pinaulit din agad. Small amount lang naman daw at di significant amount. Dahil kase nag milo ako bago nag medical. ahahaha unless walang history, walang prob yan.

Hello po.. ask ko lang kung meron kayong nabasa sa forum na nareject dahil may diabetes tas may sugar din sa urine? sana naman walang maging prob yung samin..

hello to all merry christmas. question lang sa may mga idea/personal knowledge nagpaassess kasi kame sa ACN dapat ai wife ang principal since continiuos sya working ako kasi 5yrs na stop IT ako tapos si wife guidance counsellor sa IS. pero nung magpaassess kame ako ung naging principal sa assessment tpos si wife para school for work ang assessment sa knya. ngayon po may nababasa kasi ako na may mga nahihirapan maghanap ng work ung iba end up bumabalik dito sa pinas. palagay nyo if ever ipush ko ang 189 may chance ako magkawork. willing naman ako magstart kahit rock bottom. thanks!

@ceinau15 claim what’s stated in your skills assessment. kasi if di xa na consider ng skills assessment mo tas biglang claim k sa PR, bka ma reject due to overclaiming of points. you can declare it though as relevant exp but tick mo yung ‘not claiming points’. Just be careful lng din kasi once ma decalre mo yan, hanapan ka ng mga evidence etc

@ceinau15 maski hindi magbabago yung point mo negative impact yun sa DIBP kasi nag claim ka ng points na hindi na consider na relevant sa exp mo mas ok na dun ka sa safe at e claim mo yung na assessed sayo.

@ceinau15 i wouldnt suggest including it kasi di naman xa relevant sa skill mo. just be on the safe side. lalo na di xa na assess sa skills assessment. kasi the more paperwork u provide na ireelevant, bka yan din reason ma delay yung application mo. just mu 2 cents. antayin natin opinion ng iba

@ceinau15 for me sir wag ka mag-oover claim. mejo mahigpit ata ang dibp sa mga ganyang case. pwede mo siya ilagay pa din sa application but make sure na check mo ung "not claiming points".

@ceinau15 if your COE is detailed enough to justify linkage to your nominated profession i think there shouldnt be any issue
