    Hello,

Salamat and happy new year! :)

@curiousmom I supposed this is Part E Question no.18 of form 80. Yes nakalagay na need mo sabihin ang international teavels niyo for the last 10 years other than australia.

Importante lang siguro for now sa pag fill-out mo is yung mga dates ng international travels niyo. Unless special case.

@marjames Importante magkaroon ka ng Invitation to Apply bago mag expire at ma lodge mo ang visa mo bago mag expire. Now, let’s say naka pag lodge ka na at on-going assessment mo at umabot ng September 2018 at wala ka pang result, maaring hingan ka ng panibagong evidence of english language, So better be ready na lang. But pertaining to your question. Yes pwedeng pwede hanggang hindi pa expired.

Question, nag lodge po ako ng EOI for 190. need po ba muna makareceive ako ng invite thru skill select before ako mag appli mismo dun sa website nung state? Thanks in advance.

@chrispascual25 sa state po muna. State muna mag iinvite sayo, once approve na, marereceive mo na invite for 190. sa process naman, for NSW, mag email sila sayo to apply if napili nila EOI from skill select. for Vic naman, pag ICT occupation, same process with NSW.

"We estimate there were around 500-800 invitations.

It looks like Accountants were restricted in their invitations. Presumably to give the other occupations a chance to get an invitation and provide a more “balanced” skilled migration program in these times of reduced numbers. .....

We believe EOIs have been invited at the following scores with effect dates up to and older than the dates below::

2211 Accountants 75 points up to 18/10/2017 and 85 points up to 09/12/2017
    2212 Auditors etc 75 points up to 26/08/2017 and 80 points 21/12/2017
2334 Electronics Engineer 70 points up to 30/10/2017 and 75 pointers up to 22/11/2017 (likely all 75s up to 02/01/2018)
2335 Industrial, Mechanical and Production Engineers 75 pointers up to 26/11/2017 (likely all 75s up to 02/01/2018)
2339 Other Engineering Professionals 75 pointers up to 15/12/2017 (likely all 75s up to 02/01/2018)
2611 ICT Business and System Analysts 70 points up to 15/08/2017 and 75 pointers up to 02/01/2018
2613 Software and Applications Programmers 70 points up to 30/10/2017 and 75 pointers up to 24/12/2017 (likely all 75s up to 02/01/2018)
2631 Computer Network Professionals 70 points up to 30/10/2017 and 75 points up to 26/12/2017 (likely all 75s up to 02/01/2018)

ALL other Non Pro Rata Occupations 70 points up to 30/10/2017 and 75 pointers up to 02/01/2018"

    HNY, Everyone!

I am just wondering about my chances of getting invited for either 189/190. My EOI was last updated last December 17, 2017. Until now I still have not heard from them.

    I got 65pts for 189, and 70 for 190.

    Points:
30 - Age (turning 33 in Feb first week)
15 - Skill (already assessed by EA as Materials Engineer)
20 - English Proficiency (already passed all areas >79 in PTE)

I have no points for work experience because I only worked for the first 14months after graduation and then shifted to a different field. Unfortunately, come first week of February, I will turn 33 years old so my points will be lowered.

Let's say I was not invited while I still got 65pts, in your opinion, will I still have a chance to be invited when I only got 60pts?

@Duwainde 60 points can take a long time to be invited. Why not be assessed on the field that you worked on so that you can claim exp?

Hi @MLBS, I believe since my field of work now is in IT, and my application is for Materials Engineering, my work experience in IT won't be counted? (*working in IT for >5 years now but my undergraduate degree is Materials Engineering)

My work experience in Materials Engineering is not enough for me to be able to claim points (only 14 months) :(

Actually I am not in a hurry.. I mean it's alright to wait for awhile as long as I got invited eventually.

    Thanks, @kymme !

    Based kasi dito:
    http://www.deltaimmigration.com.au/Materials-Engineer/233112.htm

Since I am applying from Overseas, hindi ako qualified (so far) sa mga specific requirements nila.. Ni-check ko naman yong 'any state' for 190. I believe sufficient na yong EOI ko? I mean, if a state is interested to invite me, makakatanggap nalang ako ng mail containing some information on how to proceed, correct?

    Hoping for the best!

@Duwainde For 190, you have to submit an application for sponsorship directly to the state you're interested in. NSW is the only state that doesn't require a separate application after the EOI is submitted.

Hmmmmm.. Thanks so much, @maguero ! I should have made my research well. I didn't know.

I am pretty sure nabanggit na dito somewhere but if you would be so kind enough, maybe someone has the link for the different state websites. Would appreciate it. But I will also do my research.

    Thanks!

Magpo-post pa ako sa Adelaide na thread kasi based sa summary na nabasa ko, qualified sana ako except may naka lagay doon na, 'one year of skilled work experience in the past 3 years. See Work experience waiver', magtatanong pa ako kung makakalusot ako since yong experience ko is 2009 pa, hehe

@Duwainde you have to apply sa state. check the states na kasali yung skill mo. not all states has the same skills list and minimum eligibility requirements.
