Hello po. Sa pag lodge ng visa application, need pa ba isubmit ang mga payslips and tax returns(ITRs) or pwede nang COE lang? Wala na po kasi ako copy ng payslips and ITRs. Salamat po.

@biz_go yes, you need pay evidence for your skilled work. Similar to what you provided for skills assessment.

@RheaMARN1171933 Thank you po. In case I don't have the payslips and ITRs, any other option on pay evidence? I was not able to keep copies of payslips. With regards to ITRs, I worked on a consultancy firm thus HR was not the one filing for my ITRs. Problem is, I was not able to file ITRs. I'm thinking if it's possible to request the bank to provide all transactions made between the consultancy firm and me provided the name of the firm in that statement?

Anybody tried using bank statement for pay evidence? Thanks a lot po.

Hi! I'm new here sa forum and I'm starting on my process in going to Australia.
I am a graduate of BS-Hospitality Management major in Tourism.
My work experiences are mostly Admin and Customer Service.

The only occupation i saw that may be fit on my work experience is: customer service manager 149212 VETASSESS but it is only qualified for subclass 186 and 457.
I'm aiming for Permanent resident visa. Any suggestions and recommendations? I erally need your help. thank you!!!!

@engineerSC189 grabe! I was really inspired by your post! I took the IELTS last year and achieved 6.5 for my writing

I will try PTE on February - would it be okay to share your tips? Did you avail the "Gold Kit" from PTE Academics website?
Where did you get resources as well? When I took the IELTS before, aside from attending a review center, I also utilized youtube videos. But still, my writing score didn't make the cut

Hopefully, I will get the highest score with PTE!

Bagong member lang po ako dito and nagwowork po ako sa Dubai ngayon. Ask ko lang po if adviseable ba na mag avail ng services ng agents (MARA accredited) para magprocess ng visa application or kahit ba wala sila kaya naman? Based on experience niyo po ba?

@garceta14 If you have a complicated case then it’s better to have an agent but if not then kaya namang magisa. What type of visa are you planning to apply?

@Cassey Nag consult na ako sa 2 agencies dito sa Dubai. They assessed me and parehas naman po nilang sinabi na qualified ako sa General Skilled Visa based sa points. Graphic Designer po ako dito. Based sa computation nila, 60 points daw ako so dapat taasan ko ang PTE/IELTS ko for additional 10 points. Ang worry ko lang po is sa VETASSESS kasi may mga templates/format po yata ng mga pinapasang COE dun and wala akong idea.

Pero if complicated case ang usapan, I think wala naman po. Sabi lang ng agent sakin mag lodge na kagad kasi baka after 3-4 months mawala yung mga states na nagnonominate ng Graphic Designer.

@garceta14 Ahhh, eto yung ANZSCO ng Graphic Designer 232411. Nasa STSOL siya so pwede kang magapply ng either 190 Visa sa mga States na open yung occupation mo or 489 kung may relative dito sa Au.

Kung sa tingin mo naman kaya mong kuhanin lahat ng requirements, at masipag kang magbasa eh try mo po kung kakayanin by yourself.

Mga Kabayan,

Same case po kme ni @graceta14. Bali may nagalok po sakin na opportunity na eligible daw po ako for PR sa Au. Bale Chemical Engineer po ako pero di ko sya napursue dito sa Dubai.
Total current points kopo is 65 points dahil may kamaganak po ako na citizen na sa Liverpool.

Nagresearch nman po ako sa agency and legit naman ang MARN nya. Ang upfront fee is nsa 8300 aed.

May bearing po ba ang pagkakaron ng agent sa success rate ng assessment nyo, at sa processing? Salamat po sa pagsagot.

@indulgence bearing in what terms? The department of home affairs process all applications on equal grounds whether you do this yourself or you engage an agent. There are of course substantial advantages if you have an agent rather than doing it your own. You get the the most accurate and uptodate information relevant to your circumstance - peace of mind, in short. That's if you have a budget for it. I've been through the Australian migration journey many years back and from my experience I definitely do value having an agent.

Hello po, I'm currently 21 years old working as a software dev in SG for over a year now. I'm yet to take PTE in the upcoming months. I tried calculating my points and it would reach 60 but wanted to ask lng po if how sure are my chances to get invited since I don't have that much experience yet? Will they greatly consider that in sending out the invitations or just check if you reached at least 60 in the points score? Thank you.

@randomnomad 60pts may take some tome to get invited based sa trend ng invitation round where 70pts ang cut off.. try maximizing your points na pwede mo makuha like english test results etc..

invites are based on points ng lahat ng nag EOI.. so kung madami nagpasa ng 70pts posible na next round ka pa..60 is just minimum requirement..

@randomnomad sa computation mo ba kasama na ang English proficiency? try aiming for superior English para mapataas ang points mo. may i know kung ano job code na aaplayan mo? if you are aiming for 189, baka matagalan ka mainvite although kung available yun job code mo for state nomination, i'll recommend to apply for 190 to get additional 5 points.

Question
I planning to apply for 189 visa due to I will stay with my relative in a specific state. Should I choose 261313 - Software Engineer or 263111 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer? Or do you have any suggestions for me to have a successful application.

@bino.third only you could assess this. Check the tasks of these 2 occupations as defined by ANZSCO and choose which occupation match most of the tasks that you do in your job. If you only have 3 years work experience, it's unlikely you'll be able to claim points for skilled occupation.

@RheaMARN1171933 hello, quick question lang po. Currently on a 457 and applied for PR last Sept. Planned leave coming up this feb. Will it cause a problem if we got our PR's offshore even if we applied onshore? Like left on a 457 then come back on a PR. Thanks.

@cal_80 hello, na experience ko yan, I think 2 months ako nag antay..yung iba daw 1 month max 12 weeks, nabasa ko sa sa net, minsan daw in investigate pag sa may difference na malaki sa 4 parts na exam, minsan naman daw random quality checking, nasama yung result mo sa I quality check. May instance daw na may nakitang malpractice sa testing centre or cheating sa room nyo, etc pero maliit lang yung chance non. Most likely, baka daw sa unusual score either sobrang taas lahat or may mataas na parts and may mababa sa iba, ganyan si IELTS, matagal na nga results minsan nasasama pa sa quality checks, if kaylangan mo magpataas Ng points, try mo mag aral habang nag aantay Ng results or try PTE para di masayang time mo sa Pag aantay..Good luck

@clj2012 thanks po sa answer to my query. Kasi yung nangyari sa akin, nag send ng sms yung BC about my provisional result which is L8/R7/W5.5/S7 then after that naka receive ako ng email from BC on the same day na i-withheld nila result ko for investigation and will routinely analysed as part of their procedures. Then I try to check result online but it always showing "no results found". Tinawagan ko yung call center ng BC here sa Doha and may more than 2 bands difference daw sa score ng 2 modules ko. Then wait daw ako ng more than 2 weeks for the result. Actually yun din nababasa ko sa net na inaabot ng 2-3 months, in my part kasi nakaka frustrate kasi you need to wait until when? so that you can move on in the next stage such as submission of my CDR for assessment sa EA or file an EOR for i.e sa writing na ineexpect ko talaga na makakuha ng band of 7 kasi confident ako and nagawan ko pa sya ng structure and na achieve ko naman yung task requirements for task 1 & 2. Nagulat talaga ako na 5.5 lang binigay sa akin ng assessor sa writing, ok pa sana kung 6.5 ang binigay nya. Kaya I was clueless and frustrated on this IELTS. For me, dapat may transparency man lang sila paano checking nila sa writing para you know what is your mistake and what you need to improve kung sakali. Well, waiting game lang ako hanggang dumating yung result kaso nakaka frustrate and sayang yung time na tumatakbo. About PTE, wla kasi here sa Qatar, kung meron lang sana kaso I need pa mag vacation sa pinas because I read in many threads here in the forum na mas madali sya kesa sa IELTS n mas generous for giving scores. Pero option ko din mag PTE later on para mag pataas ng score for English.

Sa iyo ba @clj2012 naka receive ka ba in advance ng result mo before withheld sya ng IELTS? Yung sa case ko ba, may chance ba yung writing ko tumaas while doing their quality check? Congrats pla naka visa lodge kana and lapit na yan for visa grant. Thanks again. Godbless
