We will try to push them na e frontload ang form 80 habang received status pa kami.

@kymme may point ka naman. Yun din sabi ko sa Hubby ko kasi sya ang main applicant and most communications w our agent is directly w him.. ni re relay lng nya sa akin in case my update.

Anyway, hopefully everything will turn out fine and will still try to let him inform our agent na e frontload nlng ang form 80 para naman at least decision ready na in case mabuksan na ng assign CO.

hello to all, sino po naka experience dito ng Victoria government asking for Commitment letter? "In order to finalise your application, you are required to provide a written statement (via email) explaining why you would like to live and work in Victoria. In your statement you should address:

 Why you would prefer to be nominated by Victoria rather than New South Wales

 Your professional prospects in Victoria compared to the other states/territories"

Pag sinubmit po ba sa kanila as email attachment(doc) or as email message? Thanks in advance sa pwedeng sumagot...

@bettyboop I could only assume that your agent is just waiting for the case officer to request for further docs. To be honest, for your own peace of mind na rin, there's not much difference between supplying this doc now or later, it is still a long wait. I have a client who submitted everything upon lodgement and still the time line is between 9-12 months processing. Really, no point stressing too much about it, it's all just a waiting game. The good thing is you're immune na to any legislation and policy changes in immigration so it's just a matter of time na Lang.

@Pebbles this is the exact reason why I advice my clients to wait for the case office to request for medical and police clearances. These are time sensitive documents and with how slow immigration is processing applications, applicants risk spending another fee on these clearances when done too early.

@RheaMARN1171933 thanks for your input. .. yun nga din iniisip ko..anyway sabi mo nga akin before.. we just have to trust our agent...

@choknatz i had friends who were asked to submite a commitment letter. pra yan sa mga ng submit ng eoi ng multiple states or nsa ibang state tas ng apply ng state nom sa vic. gusto lang nila ma assure na lilipat ka tlga sa vic and ma abot mo yung 2-year live and work commitment sa vic.

@bettyboop just be proactive sa application mo with your agent. kasi i know some na nagpabaya sa clients nila and kawawa naman. ako, i have been proactive and ako mismo ngsusugest ng mga pathway or kung ano2 tas ang agent ko taga approve kung ok ba yun n move. in the end, its your future anyway. pag ma CO contact ka and extended to a few more months like 3-4 months then ikaw p din naapektohan, not the agent. for my part, lahat ng time-based docs ko, i made sure bago lahat and walang mag eexpire. anyway, all the best and praying for direct grant instead of CO contact.

Salamat din good luck and prayer :-)hopefully all will be well.

Trying to backread, but your help will be appreciated if you can show me the steps for 190 application. Meron kc ako nakita, apply thru skillselect, then mag EOI, then iba pa rin yung website na liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au.

    Thanks.

@mgraceclerigo dipende sa occupation mo.. kapag ICT ka you just have to create EOI and select 190-Victoria as your State sponsor at maghintay ka lang na makakuha ng pre-invite from Vic then kapag non-ICT create EOI for 190-Vic then punta ka sa victoria site then create an online application at hintay ka ng 8-12 week for the outcome of your application.
