Hi @mgraceclerigo, ICT 261311 ang inaapplyan ko, 65 points + 5 SS. I received the final invite today from Victoria. Thank God.

Now, sa case ko po, ako ung main applicant. di rin po ako ngclaim ng points from my wife.
And si wife po, di naman nya tinapos college nya.

@champie08 just double check with CEMI kasi as uce said di nkatapos ng college si wife. as oer my agent, dpat nka tapos bachelor degree in Ph pra CEMI nlng. otherwise, english test but idk ilan score required. just double check with that

hi... my ask po ako... pwde ba icancel ung isang visa pra take effect na kagad bridging visa?? sa oct pa matatapos isa kong visa e... kya dko mgmit bridging visa ko. hehhe

@Pebbles I don't think they allow cancelling of current visa. However, if you have a bridging visa which does not allow you to work and you would like to work, say BVA... the website says:

Working in Australia while you hold a BVA

We will tell you if you can work when your BVA is granted.

If your BVA does not let you work in Australia, or has restrictions on working, you can apply for another BVA that lets you work. To be considered for a BVA that lets you work, you will usually have to demonstrate that you are in financial hardship.

We will assess your circumstances in relation to your claim that you need to work. If you do not meet the requirements for work, and you are still eligible for a BVA, we will grant you a new BVA with the same work prevention or restriction condition that was on your previous BVA.

You cannot be granted a new BVA that lets you work if:
your BVA was granted to you because you have applied for judicial review of the decision made on your substantive visa application, and
that BVA prevents or restricts you from working in Australia.

ung BVA ko my work rights nmn...unlng dko magamit kc ung current visa ko until october pa... =.= kaya ngbabaka sakali ako bka pwd icancel ung current visa ko... hehehhe... pero sige wag nlng bka magkagulo... @cucci

@Pebbles no. u cant cancel your current visa pra mg take effect BVA. u have to wait until ma expire ung current, unfortunately.

@choknatz : kaka submit ko lang ng EOI nung monday. Bilis ng invite mo. 261313 ako, SW engr 65+5 pts din. May idea ko kng in demand or hindi ung occupation ko? Saan ba pwd esearch kng mabilis ma invite ung occupation or hindi?

@kymme thanks! Almost a week din inabot including CO, weekends at holiday nila. Nagka problem sa EOI ko due to diff names vs Vic Application.

Would u mind sharing Kung anong mha docs Ang nisubmit mo for Visa lodge? Kung mag link ka, pa share namn. Nagsubmit ka din ba Ng Form 80 & 1221 upon visa lodge?

Good Day po mga kabayan, ask ko lang po. I'm an RN po dito sa PH. Nag bridging na po ako ang about to get my registration sa Australia. Nagsubmit na din po ako for skills assessment, waiting nlng po sa LOD. I'm planning to apply for Victoria State Nomination po sana. Sa ngayon po ang points ko are as follows:

Age - 30
Language - 20
Education - 15
total (65)

Tanong ko lang po kung kailangan po ba ng extensive experience to apply sa Vic State Nomination? Ang experience ko lang po kasi as a nurse is 7 months sa Company setting po.

May I ask kung nag-agent po ba kayo or hindi? Ang occupation ko kasi is non-ict so nagsubmit na akong application sa liveinvictoria and sa EOI.

Matagal na ako naghihintay nag letter from VIC kung nareceive na nila yung application ko. Yun pala sa agent ko sinend ng VIC. So antay ako ng antay yun pala dumating na pala agad kinabukasan.

Ang question ko po is kung nag-agent kayo and sa email ng agent nyo po ba sinend yung pre-invite or sa mismong email nyo?

@aj.skywalker hi. as far as i know, victoria state nom pathway is either skilled nominated (at least 2 years overseas exp) OR graduate pathway (nkpag bachelor degree in Aus). in my case, i had 2 yrs unpaid exp in Ph, so ng graduate pathway ako kasi i did 1 yr bachelor in nursing in Aus. but try to read sa website bka ng hange na requirement nila

@choknatz hi. nag agent kasi ako since student visa. kaya add ons nlng binigay ko for partner docs and claiming Aus exp kya not sure nko kung ano sinubmit sa actual lodge mismo. but ng frontload ako ng form 80 for me and my dpendents

@Hunter_08 Hello po, ask ko lang po nung time na nagapply kayo before meron na din ba financial requirement / show money? Dun kasi sa website ( https://liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au/migrate/skilled-migration-visas/skilled-nominated-visa-subclass-190) nakalist yung minimum financial required resources. Ask ko lang po if mahigpit po ba talaga sila sa financial requirement? Required ba talaga ng proof na may ganung amount ka sa bank? Thanks po.

**** edit, nabasa ko sa previous pages na assests + cash ito, tama po ba? What if yung mga assests ay nakapangalan kay hubby pero ako ang main applicant, dependent lang siya? Can I declare / include them sa mga assests ko since may marriage cert naman? Thank you po sa mga sasagot.
