We have a comfortable large room/ granny flat available. One bus ride to Westfield Belconnen, Uni of Canberra or CIT Bruce. Price is $170-$250 neg depending on circumstances. The room is huge enough to house a couple. Big enough to have a comfortable double bed or 2 single beds plus a lounge area. We are a family who's been hosting many students or newly arrived migrants over the years and are pretty straightforward and hassle free with our living.
