@shajadecruti oo mahirap ata pag di na include na. try mo basahin yung temporary skilled visa na subclass 457. kasi iba yun sinasuggest but I’m not sure kasi di rin ako familiar sa ganyan.
I just want to get some advice on my girlfriend’s application for visa 189. We just started gathering our requirements for the application. Our plan is to include me on the application as de facto but we never lived together. We’ve been together for 1 year already. As we thought me being a de facto might affect the whole application because we haven’t lived together even if we have joint accnts, and credit cards.
We’re thinking of getting married during the process so that it’ll be easier for me to go with her being her husband already. Do you think it’s the best idea to do?
Thank you and hope to hear from all of you.

@Oz09 Hi, tama the best thing to do is get married but meron din naman na kahit LDR sila as defacto lang eh na-gragrant rin naman basta may strong and enough evidence lang ng relationship. Pero kung mas makakatagangal ng worry para sa inyo ang maging legally married mas mabuti yun para sa inyo, just make sure na sigurado na kayo magpakasal, kasi mahirap na if gagawin niyo lang para sa visa. hehe that’s another advise about married haha
pero sir mas okay nga na magpakasal kayo but there are also under defacto na in LDR na na approve din visa nila. hope this helps.
@OZingwithOZomeness Thank you for the advice sir. Yes yun nga din pinagiisipan namin ayaw din naman namin na magpakasal para sa visa lang din hehe
Ang worry lang din kasi namin is baka hindi ma-satisfy yung immi sa documents namin kasi 1 year pa lang kami. Pero madami naman kami travels together and bank statements/joint accnt kaso in terms of shared properties and assets wala kami kaya medyo nagwworry din kasi if ever ma-reject application namin maapektuhan pati yung girlfriend ko na na under 189 naman work nya kaya sayang din if ever hehe

Importante lang you have the right documents and evidences ng serious relationship niyo kahit LDR pa yan. Basa or ask din kayo sa ibang forum like (October 2017 Visa or December 2017 Visa) dito rin sa pinoyau kasi mas madami nagbabasa doon at i’m sure may makakasagot doon na mga na grant na under defacto relationship at LDR.

hello po, planning to apply this month. I am the main applicant for Visa 189. Does my wife need to take the PTE? She studied and is a doctor in the Philippines. Thanks in advance po.

@edward2414 if she can provide a certificate from her university (alma mater) na ang course taken nya was teached by majority sa english language pwede rin yun. But karamihan is ayaw na mag effort na mangulit sa mga alma mater nila for this kasi tagal pa ang antayan kaya nag tatake na lang ng PTE or IELTS para safe na rin. Kasi mas straight forward naman yun na evidence of english language.
Functional English lang din naman hinihingi sa secondary applicant which is equivalent to 4.5 band sa IELTS. sa PTE di ko sure ano equivalent ng functional english. Hope this helps.

Hi guys, question lang po for a friend. He recently migrated here in AU (PR) and included his wife as a non migrating family member. What if later they decide na sumunod na din dito si wife, which visa type or application form or process kaya ang dapat nilang isubmit sa immi?
Thanks po.

@dy3p Hi, since your friend is in Australia already and if he decided to bring his wife later sa australia, he can apply for a visa subclass 802 and 801. 802 muna which is the temporary partner visa ang unang igragrant while prinorpocess yung 801 which is the permanent resident visa.
Your friend can read the requirements and more info here:

My wife will add me as a dependent in her application for a 189. I assume that if she gets approved, I can start looking for a job in AU before she even goes there. The problem is that my degree in college is not aligned with my actual work. Do I still need to get a skills assessment?

@downwardspiral Hi, you will only undergo skills assessment if your wife will claim a partner points (additional 5 points) but if not, no need to get your skills assessed.
question sa mga nakalodge na ng visa with de facto status. saan nyo inupload yung proof of de facto relationship? both of us will provide an affidavit. pero yung section on relationship, sa partner lang ba talaga? walang document na kelangan i-attach yung primary applicant?

@celina28 Depende sa anong dependent mo. Anak ba or partner? Pag partner same goes with the main applicant, mga Xray, physical exam, blood pressure, mga hepa test. Pag kids iba rin depende sa age.
@OZingwithOZomeness Salamat po sa reply partner po sya, my nadedeny po ba kapag sa medical? Thank you

@celina28 may nadedeny if ang sakit is nakakahawa like Aids or HIV. tapos may cases din about sa HEPA. usually pag nadeny ng ganyan like hepa, pinag uundergo nila ng series of treatment bago mag apply uli. Actually pag ginoggle mo madami rin forums ang naguusap about dyan. Bakit po may concern po ba kayo da health niyo?
