    @emcee very unpredictable talaga ang pag process nila ng mga cases, minsan daw nag fafactor ang needs sa mga occupation na ito and sa demand sa certain state and etc etc pa na mga factors. Syempre sila may hawak ng data kaya we can only wait.

    Sobrang nakakainip at nakakapraning po talaga ang maghintay, pinakamahirap na pagdadaanan, pero wait niyo lang darating rin yan. Tiwala lang at ibibigay ito sa tamang panahon. Malapit lapit na yan. :)

    Sa mga na-invite for 190 visa kagaya ko, na nakakuha ng EOI. Mataas po ba ang chance na ma-state nominate tayo once na ma-submit natin ang application? Or meron po na-refused dito? Sabi sa website 3-12 weeks daw ang waiting period and my visa will expire soon. I'm just worried that ma-refuse. Thank you!

    @amedina sa mga applicant naman dito sa forum wala pa na refuse once nag submit na for state nomination. also based on past trends mas mabilis approval kapag single or isa lang ang dependent. mine took 8 weeks, i have 3 dependents. some which have same nominated skill as mine took 3-6 weeks.

    Hi All, may question lang.

    I just recently lodged my visa. Upon checking yung account ko sa SkillSelect, ang nakalagay is LODGED, pero upon checking yung correspondence (see attached image) ang nakalagay is "You have suspended your EOI". Any thoughts on this kung bakit ganun?

    @kaidenMVH Single ako at walang dependent so hopefuly mabilis lang para maka lodge na ako ng visa. Another question, sa english requirement kasi ang OET ko wil expire in 3 months is it ok for NSW nomination? Kasi sabi sa link dapat at least 4 months valid. TIA

    @amedina i think follow mo na lang yun requirement just to be sure. kasi kung bigla ka hingan baka magahol ka pa sa oras. update mo na lang EOI mo once makuha mo yun latest results.

    @kaidenMVH bakit ang nakalagay sa immi website about 190 visa dapat valid lang english test ko. Pero bakit sa link for nsw nomination ay at least 4 months? Na confuse ako which one is correct. Kasi if I take another OET, ang mahal & time consuming. Thanks

    @amedina i have no idea po, but if you calculate yun processing nila kung matagalan yun ITA mo, baka abutin ng expiry yun english exam before makapg lodge ng visa application. (max 12 weeks to process state sponsorship) that's 3 months already. maybe they are only providing buffer/allowance kaya nag require sila ng at least 4 months.

    @amedina I think if you’re applying for a state sponsorship under NSW, masusunod po ang sa NSW. Kasi sa kanila ka dapat unang makapasa to receive State sponsor and additional 5 points. Mag gogovern lang ang sa DHA mismo if sa kanila ka na maglolodge ng visa, that’s why different po lagi ang timeline ng approval sa state sponsorship at sa mismong DHA na.
