@OZingwithOZomeness hi sir, kaka log in ko lang sa skillselect and 60pts lang husband ko sa 190 and 65pts sa 489. from what I understand sa post nyo po eh considered na na hindi eligible for 190 since 60pts lang sya with state sponsorship pero nakalagay po sa skill select eh “The EOI for this subclass is able to be completed. The client's claims equal 60 points” does this mean po ba na all EOIs na submitted before July 1 eh hindi affected ng new changes? thanks in advanced po.

@SGtoAU all eois submitted before july 1 na di invited are affected. Baka kailangan pa i update ng DHA website nila to show na pag 60 lang di pasado.

@SGtoAU Usually pag 489 kailangan mo rin mag-apply directly sa state, hindi lang via EOI. Maski NSW may additional step na ganun.

Oo, apply ka directly sa website nung state. Dun na rin payment, for states na may bayad yung application.

@pmond yes meron pero baka mahaba haba pa ang backlog. I think sept 2017 pa nagkaroon ng huling invites for 65 pointers, and hindi pa sa lahat ng occupations yun. Syempre may mga naglodge pa from that point til today. Try to increase your points nalang baka mag iba na naman rules

@SGtoAU Naku sorry late reply. na busy po. hehe I believe nasagot na ng iba nating kabayan ang question niyo. Yes affected ang all EOI’s na hindi pa na invite before July 1. So yes 489 nga ang pwede sa inyo as of now.

About sa state sponsorship. NSW at VIC lang ang natatanging kakaiba kasi hindi ka mag apply sa kanila directly for sponsorship. You just need to indicate your interest sa EOI mo then ikaw ang maghihintay ng invitation from them (their invitation usually comes with a link) sa email mo nila ipapadala ito. Whilst some other states is after mo mag EOI eh you need to apply to them directly and tell them your EOI number para ma validate nila, BUT take note all states including NSW and VIC mas prefer nila na sa EOI mo is yung specific state ang nakalagay at hindi lang “ANY” this will make your invitation faster and mafefeel kuno nila ang sincerity natin. hehe pero hindi naman nila required talaga but mas madali lang mapick up ng system ng mga states if naka specify talaga ang gusto mong state. i hope malinaw hehe

@pmond may 2 types ng 489. One is family sponsored, the other is state sponsored. May requirements ang each state to get sponsored.

@SGtoAU Goodluck maam, nabasa ko nga rin. mala NSW na at VIC style nila. Sila na rin pipili ng mga EOI’s tapos 14days rin deadline once approved nila.
May preferrence ang nag indicate Queensland compared sa “ANY”
