PDOS for 189

Hi iUP ko lang tong thread. Who will be having his/her PDOS in a couple of days or week? Favor lang sana ako. Hindi ko nakuha ung booklet para dun sa mga important information. Makikisuyo sana ako then if OK to meet para kunin yung booklet. Thank you.

Wondering if this is really required. have not taken PDOS and have not encountered any problems with immigration so far.

@Jacraye need po yan for first time migrant na manggagaling ng pinas to Au.. if ever po na hindi ka manggagaling ng pinas okay lang na wala pero once na umuwi ka ng pinas at balik ng Au hahanapan ka ng CFO sticker need mo na lng magbayad sa airport para sa sticker. sa first time migrant kasi need pa ng seminar.

hmmm. ganun ba. my case was, went here via 457 (secondary visa), then a few months got 189 (onshore), went home recently but nothing was required from me when I came back to au. strange.

@Jacraye yea strange..mukang hindi standard yung mga IO sa pinas.. kasi may kakilala ako na PR visa then lumipat from SG-AU then after a year ata umuwi ko vacation then nung pabalik na sya sa airport pina bayad sya ng 200php ata for CFO sticker.

@Hunter_08 so may nabibili lang na sticker sa airport? If that's the case, ok na siguro magspend ng a couple hundred php kaysa pumunta sa venue ng seminar. hahaha. importante hindi ka ma-hold just because you have not attended the seminar.

@Jacraye yung seminar is for first time migrant lang na manggagaling sa pinas.. pero kung hindi ka naman from pinas manggagaling no need na for sticker..

kapag first time migrant at manggagaling sa pinas need umattend ng seminar...hindi pwede yun sticker lng sa airport.. applicable lng yan if nag BM ka from other country to au then min of one year stay at nagbakasyon sa pinas...

Hello. Ask ko lang po regarding sa Requirements when attending PDOS. ang sabi dun, one requirment is the Immigrant visa. I already have 189 Visa Grant Notice from Australia. So pano ko po maacquire ung Immigrant visa na yun? or will the Grant Notice serve as the Visa na rin mismo? Thank you po sasagot.

@Cassey I Just talked with my agent, ang sabi naman po nya yun na daw mismo yung visa grant notice gagamitin ko. all details are there naman daw. Will CFO accept that kaya? medyo naguguluhan ako hehe

@omayparagas11 Yung visa grant notice na yun mismo ang kailangan. Mayroon ka bang access sa immi account niyo? Nandun yun, ipiprint mo lang or hingi ka copy from your agent.

Hello po, may question po ako sa pagregister for PDOS, wala pa kame address sa AU kasi d pa ako nkakapagbook ng airbnb. ano po nilalagay nyo dun sa address and contact number of destination? pag iniwan ko sya na walang fill up ayaw magproceed ng registration. Thank you po

@Sana Hi, Check through google kung ano yung schools na nagooffer ng Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospital-Health Services Pharmacy Support then you can go from there. Find out as well kung nagaacept ba yung school ng international students kasi merong schools na for locals lang. You can book for an appointment with IDP or AECC, they might be able to help you. Free of charge sila.
