Hi,

Mern na ba dito nag migrate sa au with kids? Tanong ko lang anu ba mga requirements/considerations para maenroll ung kids sa au. Para sana bago pumunta dun maasikaso na..

Also, for the immunization records, we have the baby book that lists all the vaccination given to the child, pero enough na ba un? Or kelangan ba ipa-certify pa? Sa cfo kse may pinakita sila na form tas dun pede ilagay lahat ng vaccine na nakuha ng bata, kaso d ko alam san makkuha ung form na un, at kunh kelangan pa ba ipa red ribbon un sa dfa?

question po if we no longer have the baby book and the pedia who administer wla na sa pinas d na namin alam kng saan sya?ano po option..thanks

@lalufinds Ilang taon na po ang bata? Better ask the current pedia if pwede na mag booster shots.
What is required kasi is:
dtAp - 1 dose given within the past ten years
MMR - 2 doses
HepaB - titer/serology + 1 booster if low count
