Location: South of Adelaide, 12-min bus to Flinders University Bedford.
Public transport: 1min walk from Bus stop
Shops: 5-minute walk to Shopping Centre (for groceries and pharmacy)
RENT: $120/week only, includes (electricity, gas, water, Internet, washing machine and dryer)
Room has ceiling fan and oil heater. Brandnew bedframe, mattress and bedsite table from IKEA.
OCCUPANT: single female preferred, couples negotiable
