    Hello po,
Asking for a friend : they were recently invited to apply for visa 189, since nag claim po sila ng points sa partner with same qualifications etc. nasa lodgement page na sila sa ImmiAccount (https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login), san po ba dun magapply ung isa?

    And also, regarding my application.
Since I’ve added all my family members name and information sa “Non-migrating Family Members”.
Do they need to provide documents as well?
Such as NBI and Medical clearance?? Thank u.

submit a new EOI with correct details to avoid any visa refusal. if this is for visa 189, you will be invited again because it is based from points and DOE (as long as the job code does not reach its quota). for other visa like 190 or 489, im not sure because it a sponsored visa.

    1. Question 10. "Non-migrating family members"

    2. Question 13. "Employment in nominated occupation:
Has the applicant been employed overseas in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation at a skilled level, immediately before invitation to lodge this application?"

Since ang work experience ko po ay sa pinas lng kung saan po ako pinanganak at lumaki at hindi nmn po ako lumabas ng bansa anu po b dapat ang isagot ko dito base sa case ko "YES" or "NO"

    Slamat po sa mkakasagot.

@mcbjosa if the errors do not affect your points, you can just explain it in a cover letter when you lodge your visa application.

    @RheaMARN1171933 @batman

Yung samin po ako ung ngfill up. 9 years po from 2009-2018.

From May 2009-Aug2009 (not credited), Sept 2009-Nov 2010 (credited).

Tas same points prn po.

Okay lng po kaya un? As long as wala nmng overclaiming ng points? Ung 3 months po e wl nmnndagdag s points. Thank you po in advance.

@Grifter and @batman salmat sa response po.. actually within 10years pa sia po pasok sia sa 10years since from July 2008-May2009.

@mcbjosa the only thing I know is that you can create multiple EOIs and once that EOI received an ITA, it would never receive one again, count of ITA you can receive is not specific to person but rather specific to EOI itself. Like 1 EOI = 1 ITA
