    @baldogerz if you already have a PSA marriage certificate with the wrong birthdate, you will really have to file for correction tapos i-annotate nila sa marriage certificate mo yung correction. this will be reflected sa future PSA marriage certs mo. kaya nga lang, this could take months. you need to personally follow the paper up. pero maybe you can try sending the CO already your application for correction. yung munisipyo and/or the local registrar usually issues something confirming na may mali nga or something to that effect and endorsement to PSA.
