Hello Ms @RheaMARN1171933 just wanted to confirm lang po if tama po itong information na to?

    Edit:
    Topic: Grant Processing Time
Question: Do the total points and ANZCSO code have an impact on the processing time of the visa grant?
    Answer:
“Points and Anzsco codes lose the relevance once you are invited
The time taken for processing will depend on the complexity of your case and the strength of your evidence and how well you present your case”

@auyeah where did yu get this information? I’m not sure I would agree about the points and Anszco codes losing relevance. These 2 are one of the deciding factors to grant a visa. If case officer finds you over claim your points or your duties are irrelevant to the nominated occupation, your visa application will be refused.

@aron_drn @RheaMARN1171933 yes this information came from another forum. Sorry forgot to explain the context, pero ang question po ay if yung total points po ba and occupation can affect the grant (processing time)? The same way na may impact sila sa invitation processing time? Modified my comment above po to make it clear.

@auyeah In my personal opinion , I think yung occupation at points nakaka affect ng invitations to apply sa in terms of priority wise, but sa Grants or approve namn I think it matters on you prof of documents and when you have log the visa and advantage din yung onshore applicants compare to offshore. This is personal opinion. Maybe @RheaMARN1171933 since she is an agent she have lots of challenging experience with his clients.

    Cheers

@aron_drn it’s not about having challenging clients, it’s all about the knowledge of the law and understanding of the process

@aron_drn agree. In fact any information you get on internet can’t be considered formal unless it comes directly from the government or assessing authorities.

Information on Invitation Processing time and Visa Processing time from Department of Home Affairs :)

    INVITATION PROCESS

    Invitation process and cut offs
The highest ranked clients by points score are invited to apply for the relevant visa. For clients who have equal points scores, the time at which they reached their points score for that subclass (referred to as the date of effect) determines their order of invitation. Expressions of Interest with earlier dates of effect are invited before later dates.

    VISA PROCESS

Processing times are impacted each month by changes in application volumes, seasonal peaks, complex cases, and incomplete applications

CIRCUMSTANCES THAT AFFECT VISA PROCESSING TIMES
We assess applications on a case-by-case basis, and actual processing times can vary due to individual circumstances including:
    * whether you have lodged a complete application, including all necessary supporting documents
    * how promptly you respond to any requests for additional information
    * how long it takes to perform required checks on the supporting information provided
    * how long it takes to receive additional information from external agencies, particularly in relation to health, character, and national security requirements
    * for permanent migration visa applications, how many places are available in the migration programme
    * for citizenship applications, the time taken to attend a Citizenship Ceremony or receive a Citizenship Certificate.

    Priority Processing
Where there is very high demand for places under the Migration Program, processing priority is given to applicants who have the most compelling claims in terms of the government's policy priorities.
The current processing priorities (with highest priority listed first) are:
    1. applicants sponsored under the Regional Sponsor Migration Scheme
    2. applicants sponsored under the Employer Nomination Scheme
    3. applicants nominated by a state or territory government agency
    4. applicants who have nominated an occupation on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL)
    5. all other applications

hello po. may question po ako and baka po may makasagot or may nakaexperience. My wife was pregnant when we lodged our application last November 2018 and was due February 2019. When we got the documents na for my newborn (passport and birth cert), i uploaded it na together with the change in circumstance form - date April 11.

Fast forward today, i received an email for the visa grant for me, my wife and panganay. however, yun sa baby ko wala ako natatanggap. :( not sure but i think they are requiring babies to do medicals as well? pero wala binigay na HAP Id yun CO. I dont have a way to communicate with the CO kasi direct. :( as much as i want to celebrate na na-grantan na kami, nagwworry ako kasi wala pa yun kay baby. Sana may makatulong po.

    TIA po and God bless

@kaloidq sir fyi lang. dapat nakareceive kayo ng instruction from CO for the medical ni baby. Not sure if baka napending lang yung processing sa new born.

    Newborn children

If your child is born after you lodge your application but before a decision is made, attach to your ImmiAccount:
a completed Form 1022 - Notification of changes in circumstances (266 KB PDF)
    the child’s birth certificate
    the child’s passport, when obtained.
When we receive the form and birth certificate:
the child will be added to your visa application

We will request a health check for the child.

If the child was born in Australia, they will automatically be granted the same visa you held at the time of their birth.
If you are eligible for grant of the visa, we will need a copy of your child’s passport before decision.
There is no fee to add a newborn child to your application.

@ms_ane thank you po :) may i ask san po pwede tumawag? ive been looking for ways din kasi para makapagtanong sa kanila.

yan din po yun nakita ko na information about the baby. kaya po nun nakuha ko na yun passport and birth cert, upload na agad together with the change in circumstances form. since wala pa yun name ni baby sa applicants, i uploaded the documents under my name dated april 11 pa po.

as suggested din sa kabilang thread, you can send a feedback with all the details para mas maliwanag. keep it short para masmadali maintindihan.

I think the difference here is na CO contact ka ba at all? mukha kasing na overlook yun sa baby mo pero don’t worry, it will just be a matter of time and completion ng medical ni baby then lalabas din ang grant nya :)

Hello po. Would like to ask for your guidance on the following (about lodging and attaching of documents po sa immiaccount):
    1. For the usual residence sa lodging, which one should we put? Oman or Philippines? (I am working here in Oman with my wife for 10 years now and we are only having our vacation in the philippines once or twice a year)
    2. Is it ok to attached my original Birth certificate or should it be from PSA? Yung copy ko po kc nakuha from psa is parang nagblot yung ink na ginamit to the point na di na mabasa yung details. On the other hand, yung original birth certificate ko po is malinaw.
    3. Salary slip or bank statement. I worked from 2009 to 2019 from only a single company here in Oman. Ok lang po ba na six months bank salary statement lang ang provide ko po from the aforementioned company? which are the recent months before I got laid off. The above company told me that they will not be able to provide my pay slip from 2009. Likewise, the bank also told me the same thing in terms of bank statement since nagbago po kc yung acct. ko nung natransfer ako to another location (same company and country but different province) from 2014 and they cannot retrieve details from closed/cancelled account. The only thing that I have as a proof of my employment (with total years of employment) is my Employment Certificate, is that sufficient?
    4. We obtain the Police clearance from Oman. However there is a note there that stated:to use abroad should be authenticated by oman ministry of foreign affairs. Should we really authenticate it?
    5. I will be filling up the forms 80 and 1221. Is my wife required to fill up the same forms separately?
    6. In immiaccount, does visa lodge (meaning after payment) mean it will start with the visa processing even without uploading/attaching the required documents yet? We are thinking of lodging and pay while we are preparing the required attachments.

It should be Oman, I lived and worked in KSA for 6 years and ganun din sa akin, imbes na pinas kung saan ka naglalagi yun ang usual country of residence mo.

    3. Is it ok to attached my original Birth certificate or should it be from PSA? Yung copy ko po kc nakuha from psa is parang nagblot yung ink na ginamit to the point na di na mabasa yung details. On the other hand, yung original birth certificate ko po is malinaw.

scan your birth certificate from NSO and from your local civil registry in one file saka mo upload para may reference sila pag d nila masyado mabasa.

    4. Salary slip or bank statement. I worked from 2009 to 2019 from only a single company here in Oman. Ok lang po ba na six months bank salary statement lang ang provide ko po from the aforementioned company? which are the recent months before I got laid off. yung ginawa ko dito first payslip, something in the middle of employment and last payment that is for every company na pinagtrabahuan ko. luckily naipon ko lahat ng aking previous payslips. in your case since d na available pagawa ka ng certification sa company na during that period how much is your salary at ilang hours a week ka nag work pati na din job description mo. then execute statutory declaration if you must

    5. We obtain the Police clearance from Oman. However there is a note there that stated:to use abroad should be authenticated by oman ministry of foreign affairs. Should we really authenticate it?

yes, kailangan I authenticate yan ng ministry of foreign affairs, required yan pag ang docs ng isang bansa gagamitin sa ibang bansa. kahit anong transactionkailangan yan.

    6. I will be filling up the forms 80 and 1221. Is my wife required to fill up the same forms separately?

    7. In immiaccount, does visa lodge (meaning after payment) mean it will start with the visa processing even without uploading/attaching the required documents yet? We are thinking of lodging and pay while we are preparing the required attachments.

Nareceived ko po ITA ko from VIC nun May 21 and hndi pa po ako nkkpg lodge ng visa until now kc andmi ko pa naasikaso na documents.

Nareceived ko po ITA ko from VIC nun May 21 and hndi pa po ako nkkpg lodge ng visa until now kc andmi ko pa naasikaso na documents.

    3. May defacto po ako pero dahil sa middle east kmi so hndi nmin maprove na ng live in kmi pero meron po kmi joint account. Ok npo ba yun?

part ng proof of defacto relationship can either be:

    1. joint bank account.
    2. investment na nakapangalan sa inyong dalawa.
    3. proof of address na pareho ang address ninyo,
    4. mas maige din huminge kayo ng affidavit/ or statutory declaration from other people na malapit sa inyo attesting your defacto relationship.
    5. pictures of trips and travel together accompanied by plane ticket of the same flight, hotel bookings etc.
    6. the more evidence the better

Hi po, paano po ba nadedetermine kung open or close ang isang state for nomination? sa website ba nila mismo makikita yun? sa Queensland kasi for example, talagang indicated sa website nila na currently closed sila for state nomination. Pero sa iba like NSW, VIC, SA parang wala namang nakalagay kung open or close sila for state nomination..

We (hubby, myself and daughter) took our medical last May 10, 2019 sa NHSI, Makati. However our daughter had to take skin test for TB and pinabalik po sya for xray (twice). Everything was completed naman by May 20, 2019.

Kapag nag check po kami sa immi account, ang status ng medical nya is “Examinations in progress” pero at the same time “Completed and submitted to the immigration office” per email ng NHSI. Ano po kaya magandang gawin? Hindi na kami makapag follow-up sa NHSI dahil if may further queries daw i-direct na sa Immigration Officer.

We’re thinking na iattach sa visa application ung Info Sheet na completed na kami sa medical under Other Documents. Ok lang po ba un? Or hintayin nalang namin CO contact?

    Thank you po.

@kb.rinoa kapatid check mo yung sa eMedical site and save the file na may naka mark na as complete for your daughter.

to confirm na technical glitch lang ito - you can email Tech support ng immiaccount. Sasagot sila after 3 days confirming that hindi lang na ilink properly ang result sa immiaccount nyo.

you can attach the documents (cover letter explaining the situation, email from tech support ng immiaccount, finalised eMedical form of your daughter - and dun sa Others mo ilagay.

Maganda na you send a feedback with the same information in the hopes na makarating sa CO maski na di pa naka assigned ang application mo.
