Deferred medical of dependent

Hello to all! Had my CO contact last April requesting for further medical exam for my husband for TB (603). I was quite surprised with the result because my husband is working as a nurse and his yearly medicals are all clear. He did the sputum exam at SLEC, initial tb smear was negative. Still waiting for culture results. We also consulted a pulmonologist at Medical City so we can have a second opinion and also for our peace of mind. After seeing his recent xrays, the pulmonologist said that there is no lung infection. He is also asymptomatic, never had cough or fever whatsoever. I am really stressed out and just wishing that this will be resolved asap.

Wala po bang way para mauna na magrant ung 189 ko? I've asked my migration lawyer sabi nya hindi daw pwede mauna ako. Sabay sabay daw ang grant pag family application. I've read some threads kasi before na pinaretract ung application ng isang family member so others will be approved. May ganun ba? Thank you all.

Sa mga nakita ko sa ibang applicants na may findings sa xray, hinihingian sila ng form 815 then visa grant afterwards if all other documents are okay. If okay lang sa inyo na mag hintay, darating at darating din yung grant nyo ng sabay.

Thank you @kriscandy. Got the results of sputum culture which is negative but nag-iba ung result ng repeat xray compared sa initial. Slec said repeat xray after 3 mos AGAIN. Still waiting for immi decision. Sana pagawain na lang kami ng health undertaking. Fingers crossed..

Nag pa medical sya sa st lukes.. wala sya kahit anong history ng TB, pero may nakita 'daw'. So ang ginawa nya nagpa medical sya sa iba nag check sya kung may makikita. Nung walang nakita, he went ahead to have his medicals sa Nationwide Makati. He generated a new Hapid. Ayun cleared agad..

@Ozlaz sige read ko yan dear. initial xray of my dependent was done in nationwide makati then narefer na lang sya sa slec for sputum and repeat xray.

Initial xray last feb was with densities on AP lateral view pero ang apico view ay clear. Repeat xray this month clear na daw and with negative sputum smear and culture. Hindi pa ba confirmatory ang sputum smear and culture? Nacoconfuse ako.
