good day po.. hope you can help me..

nag aapply po kasi ako na mag aral sa australia and dumating na po yung offer letter ko galing sa university.. bale payment na lang po ang kulang kaso medyo mahal po siya compared sa ibang university. ang tanong ko po kung sakaling tinuloy ko po yung sa nag offer sa akin pwede po kaya ako magtransfer to other school after 1 sem or 1 year sa mas murang university?
