Granting of Skilled Independent Visa for Young Professionals

Questions lang po sa application ng visa ng mga young professionals (less than 5years experience)

pag po ba naka 60pts kahit less than 5years experience namin, maggrant na ung visa?

may case po ba na nareject ung visa kahit naka 60pts ung applicant? could it be because there are other applicants (same profession) na mas may experience sa kanya?

Do you recommend po na mag apply na kami for the visa ngayon? o mag pa experience pa kami ng at least 5years for higher points?

It's not about getting the visa granted. you need to aim on how to get an invite to apply for a visa first. If you're looking at 189 subclass with 60 points, it's like aiming for the moon. These days it's highly unlikely you get an invite for 189 visa with only 60points score. You would need to look at aternatve subclasses.

Kung pasok naman regardless may enough work experience or not, I always would recommend my clients to start the process now rather than later. Hope that helps.

@abbyzc I have 65 points then decrease to 60 points hindi ako na invite under 189 or 190 visa, luckily I got invitation for 489 visa which is state sponsored. see my signature below. rejection is not because some other has higher points. pero hindi ka ma reject kong wala kapa invitation to apply for a visa. so target mo muna ma invite.

@RheaMARN1171933 pag may 60pts po ba, 100percent na makakareceive ka ng invitation? if not, ano po kaya posibleng reasons?

and pag nakareceive ka ng invitation, and nag apply ka ng visa, subject for approval na agad un? or may narereject pa po sa ganung stage?

sino po ba magdedecide kung anong type ng visa? ung applicant or ung embassy?

ibig nyo ba sabhin nag apply kayo for 189 pero 489 ung invitation nyo?

@abbyzc yung age ko kc lagpad na sa 30 pts bracket kya nag decrease. Type of visa kong san ka qualified at pwede at may chance ma invite. Sa 489 lng ako na invite e, yun may available slot for me. Though pede ako sa iba visa kaso mababa pts ko. U need to read more sa Au website for full understanding or engage to an agent if you don't have time to research about it.

@batman @abbyzc nothing is guaranteed even if you have high points. In saying this, the higher points you have the better. Invitation to apply for a visa doesn't mean you will be granted a visa. You need to meet the visa requirements and failing to do so will mean a negative outcome.

I agree with batman, do further research to understand the process before you even get started at baka mapamali ka ng approach. All the best!

@abbyzc to give you an idea, i submitted an eoi with 60 pts way back sept 2017 and til now wala pa ako invite. 60 pts makes you eligible but syempre mauunang mainvite yung higher pts so its not a guarantee.
