Hi, a house is available located at Marion Area near Westfield shopping centre, Flinders Medical Centre, SA Aquatic Centre and 5 minutes drive to Glenelg Beach. City is 15 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bus.
Address of property: 15 Larkdale Avenue, Marion SA (Photos will be posted tomorrow as the one at Google is still showing the old house)
Bus and train are all accessible near the house.
House is available on 15th October.
Room rental is 160 per week with common bathroom while 190 for room with own bathroom. This includes water, electricity and internet.
House is also available for family for 380 per week. Water, electricity and internet are not included on this family package.
Minimum of 6 months stay for students and 1 year for family.
