  Hi po! I am not an expert at this but you may want to consider 190 if nominated n skill po ung sa inyo and since it is a permanent visa and mabilis daw po ang approval kapag state sponsored.
  You may want to compare din po side by side. Altho for 190 kelangan p po ng skills assessment and IELTS.

  I don't know po ung path kapag may ready employer n rin po.

  Kung hindi ka nila isponsor, 189, 190 at 489 pede mo iapply.. that takes some time. Ask mo sila of they can sponsor you for any of these visas: 491, 186, 482. Not sure about the training visa kasi di pa sya introduced nung time ko lol

  485 temp grad visa is if yung school mo ay part ng mga agreements like TIP, UP. These are mostly for engineering graduates. If di ka recently graduate, di ka qualified dito..

  01/10/2019 - Approval Date (received the approval letter from the post 11/10/2019)
  05/02/2020 - Ceremony Date (received the email 10/01/2020)

  Eto ang ginawa ko nag create ako ng immi account ko at ngpoints test ako at nkakuha ako ng 70 points.
  Now nuong ngcheck ako ng eligibility ko ang Lumabas na visa available is subclass 186 which is employer nominated, at yung sinabi mu na subclass 190.

  Paano po ang process ng skills assessment.
  Ngtry ako at check ko yung sa Trades Recognition Australia,may dalawang klase ang assessment, practical na ivideocal call ka Nila up ang mkita ang ginawa mu na trabhu. At yung technical interview.

  Kakacheck ko lang po ng 186. Both po pala for permanent residence. Good option po sya kasi after that you may apply for citizenship na.

  In the mean time, I prepare nyo na po ang iba pang requirements.
