@bbtot @maureenguelan kabado nga ako po kasi by sept 2020 w/c is 10th month na ang balak na BM. Kasi nun lang may halos may sapat na madadalang baon. 2nd option is May 2020 kso hnd sapat ang baon by that time.

Hello everyone.

I am a public school teacher. I have been teaching for 6 years. My baccalaureate is BSED Mathematics, Master of Arts in Educational management and currently pursuing Doctorate degree. Ano po ang possible Kong mapasukan at any suggestion po sa mga step by step process na kailangan Kong gawin... Just in case I am still willing to study if needed.

Check domain.com.au or realestate.com.au

hanap po muna kayo ng suburb na gusto niyo then mag viewing kayo ng mga property na interested kayo. Pag po may nagustuhan na kayo tska kayo mag apply.

Take note lang po na hindi po madali mag hanap ng ma rerent na property. para din po kayo nag apply ng loan since ichecheck nila capability niyo na mag bayad and madami competition sa nag aapply din sa property na most likely na mapili niyo.

Meron naman din pong mga pinoy na tumutulong sa new migrants na nag paparent ng rooms. Pede na po yun habang nag hahanap ng work or ng mas permanent na place na mastayan.

Do you have visa na po ba? if wala pa po check niyo po dito https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list

kung saan pong occupation kayo pasok at kung anong type of visa yung applicable sa inyo.

Are Filipinos in Sydney generally trustworthy? or are there anything I should be aware of when accepting help or dealing with fellow Filipinos? Because I have experience here in Singapore na may mga kababayan ang mapagsamantala and may mga undesirable attitude.

yung totoo? madaming pinoy na mapag samantala kahit saan ka naman pumunta. dito madami din ako nadinig na pinoy na pinagsamantalahan ung mga bagong dating. lalo na ung mga naka student visa na inaabuso at niloloko.

Tska hindi porket pinoy makasalubong mo sa daan dito eh beshy beshy na or babatiin ka. wala din pansinan mga pinoy dito lalo na yung matatagal na andito. alam niyo naman po siguro ang ugali ng pinoy. nadadala padin dito lalo na ung crab mentality.

pero madami din namang pinoy na handang tumulong sa kapwa pero yun nga pipiliin mo ung pag kakatiwalaan mo.

Hello po. Question po. Ano po meaning ng 'you are not considered Australian resident for that Fiscal Year'? Ibig sabihin po ba hindi ka pa nakatira sa australia, or nasa labas ka ng australia?

Sa case po kasi namin, nakakuha na kami ng tfn..pero nag declare ako ng no income ng fy 2018-19. nag stay kami ng 3 months sa act pero umuwi ulit kami sa pinas, then babalik kami May 2020.. pag nag transfer po ba kami ng pera, ma taxan sya?

Hi @Ozlaz, we exchange peso to aud sa bdo amounting sa allowable max value na pwede dalhin. Then yung remaining withdraw na lang sa NAB atm dito.(650aud nga lang max per transaction, 25K pesos lang kase max transaction kay bdo. pero depende pa din sa exchange rates yung mawithdraw mo, may transaction fee per withdrawal. so wag na din magbalance check kase may charge yata) Then pwede mo na i-adjust jan sa pinas yung max na pwede iwithdraw (e.g. 25K php x 3) if gusto niyo mas mabilis mawithdraw agad yung full amount. Kami kase everyday nagwithdraw. Thanks.

@tmasuncion yes equivalent to 25K pesos per transaction. Pwede increase ung limit sa bdo para mas mataas yung total amount na mawithdraw per day. Pero limited pa din sa 25K per transaction.

Option lang na ginawa namin is to withdraw via atm. Pwede din online transfer, need niyo lang to read yung procedures on how to do it. Mas simple kase yung via atm withdrawal kaya yun na lang ginawa namin. hehe.

Hi, From Sydney here. BM January 2019 so mag 1 year na kami dito. bilis ng panahon. it took me 3 weeks bago nagka job offer and I'm a software developer. Siguro iba iba naman experience ng gaano katagal makakuha ng job. yung iba takes months yung iba may work na bago pumunta dito.

Sagot sa tanong na "okay naman po?" - Okay naman, mahirap sa simula, madaming adjustments specially sa culture ng mga tao since iba iba nationalities ng mga makakasalamuha mo, andyan nadin ang homesick at boredom since napaka tahimik lalo na sa gabi. Pero if you are thinking about the future of your family. Okay na okay.

Wala naman need initial deposit afaik. We usually open bank account while overseas to transfer money papunta Au while offshore. Kong di ka nmn mag transfer while offshore, tsaka ka na open pag dating mo.

Third party booking? SkyScanner ba yan? Naku mahirap or hindi talaga ma-manage ang booking if third party kahit anong airlines pa yan. Kaya maganda talaga sa mismong Airline website na magbook, pwede pa mag-add ng additional baggage khit one day before the flight.

We did well we tried sa Qantas, booked the flight NOT directly to Qantas website so ayaw nila magbigay kasi sa 3rd party site nagbook. Cancelled our flights and booked to Singapore Airlines. MUCH MUCH better ang bilis kausap at maayos . Qantas... walang kwenta. And ang ganda pa ng plane ng Singapore Airlines at masarap pa food.

Hi nagBM na kme ng family ko last dec 29. Sobrang hirap na may kasamang toddlers i have 3 , 5 years old ,3 and 1. And i have 6xl luggages
With bag packs kme ni hubby,
Sa immigration pa lang napatakbo na mga immigration officer dahil s anak ko hahaha,
Nagtanong lang sila skin ano visa namen at tinanong dn ko bout pdos dahil nga 489 visa kame inexplain ko and nagprint out ko ng email skn s pdos na no need n nmen mah seminar to get cfo sticker.
Naging ok nmn ang byhe nmen tru singapore airlines.
Pagdating namen ng adelaide australia pahirapan n nmn kse walang baggage service. Kaya mga anak ko pinaupo ko na s maleta pra makaya lang nmen sila bitbitin ksma mga luggages namen.
At thank god, hnd n nila kme pinahirapan s immigration ng au airport. Tinanong lang nila ko why i tick yes. And thats it!
Nalampasan din nmen ang kapraningan ko dahil s pag nuod ng boarder security hahaha
At ang pagdala ng 3 toddlers!!!
Adjustment period naman samin ngayon.
