Dear Forum Members.. Anyone Taking Up Bachelor of Comp Sci or IT in RMIT, Deakin or La Trobe?

Any one you know of taking up the above mentioned bachelor courses in the universities mentioned (either international student or domestic student) please share na man po and we would like to request for info on student admission, study system, etc.. please naman po let us know and allow us to correspond with you. I completed my grad cert of IT at Deakin and I was supposedly to take my master's with them but I decided to transfer to a regional uni.

Okay naman ang Deakin, trisem sila pero yung 3rd term is non compulsory. Sa experience ko, halos indian mga naging classmate ko. May mga course (subject) sila na si student ang magseset ng expected grade nila. For example ang aim mo lang is Credit grade, then yung mga task na ibibigay sayo ay puro Credit Tasks lang. Kung magaaim ka ng mas mataas na grade, shempre mas madami task mo

Student Admission - not sure pano nila inaaassess yung mga nagaapply ng bachelor pero sa master's and as far as I know they used CEP to check yung qualification ng highest degree mo (bachelor sa pinas). Since nasa sec 3 ang bachelor ko, ayaw nila ako bigyan ng full offer sa master's. Instead packaged offer yung nareceive ko (grad cert+master's).

Thanks so much po sa reply, this is useful information for us. Unique din some aspects of the grading system nila. Regarding CEP po this is noted. Hope I can the link for CEP somewhere and appreciate kung ma bigyan mo ako lead where to access CEP po.

Hi Hikari. Can you pm me po how much Yun tuition mo sa Deakin? And staggered payment ba? Also, super daming program ba yung need gawin? Software tester Kasi specialization ko and I'm planning Sana na maginquire Jan. Thank you.

@rizzidn Makikita nyo yung tuition fee sa website nila depende sa course na gusto nyo. initially sasabihin nila kung magkano yung dp usually 1 sem to. tapos every start ng sem na yung next payment and depende po yun sa number of course na ieenrol nyo. since trisem si deakin, may option kayo na up to 3-course lang ieenrol for 1 term tapos ieenrol nyo yung iba sa 3rd term. yung 3rd term nila non compulsory sya. Also please take note that not all courses are being offered every term kaya you have to plan your courses very well

nagtaas na sila this year e. ang Tuition fee na for MIT is $35k AUD. Last year nasa 32-33k lang if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you so much sa information na binibigay mo ... helpful po lahat ito.. I can see Masters Student po kayo based sa mga na share ninyo. Ask lang po, sa experience ninyo saan po sa dalawa mas madali mag aral diyan, Masters or Bachelors? Appreciate po further info from your end.

Hmm depende po sa level at experience na nung student. Kasi kung wala pa po syang bachelor degree hindi rin naman po makakapag master's.

In my case i have experience for almost 6 yrs in my field. Dahil po dun di ako masyado nahirapan magadjust sa mga lessons ko since most of them familiar na ko.

Kung meron naman na pong bs degree in IT, I suggest na master's na po ang applyn. Kasi redundant kung mag bach ulit dito tapos minimum of 3 yrs din ang bach unlike master's na 2 yrs lang.
