482 is temporary working visa. 186 is PR. Kung d ako nagkakamali, kailangan mo na at least 3 years ka sa company,para ma apply from 482 to 186

3 years is for Temporary Resident Transition (TRT) stream. Kahit wala ka pang 3 years, pwede ka magpa sponsor under Direct Entry (DE) stream. Just check with your employer later kung willing sila mag sponsor at kung mameet mo requirements. All the best!

@jayzie , yes, notarised means may notary public na nag attest ng documents mo. Anong klaseng documents ba pinapa notarised mo? Check mo sa requirements kung anong detalye dapat nakalagay pag nagpa notaryo ka.
