Student Visa and Lockdown

Just last week lng po I was still in Sydney, and then I went home here in the Philippines for a scheduled visit and then the lockdown happened. As a student Visa holder am I included in the travel ban?... if so how will this affect my visa (with the visa conditions etc.)

This is from IMMI: "Students unable to return to Australia to continue their studies may need to have their study deferred. This will not affect their visa status."
