Hi hope someone can help me. Nalodge na yesterday ang visa application ng tito ko and di namin ineexpect na automatic response ang medical and biometrics request.

Question 1: They are based in Dubai (husband and wife) but their child is in the Philippines. With regards to the current situation na total lockdown ang Luzon sarado ang Nationwide sa Baguio and St. lukes sa manila naman close din until further notice and need i-comply ang medical within 28days. Kanino ba pwede humingi ng extension for the medical?

Question 2: UAE is one of the countries na required ang biometrics pero Philippines wala sa list. Question ko po is yung anak nilang nasa Pinas required po ba mag undergo ng biometrics o silang mag-asawa lang na nasa Duba?

Hello po... hingi sana ako ng advise about sa Victoria 190 visa. Doon sa website nila meron nkalagay na "Offer of Employment". Pwd po ba offshore na merong genuine offer of employment? Meron po ba dito naka experience na naka receieved ng ITA from Victoria government for 190 visa with genuine offer of employment kahit nasa offshore?

For question 1: I think mam just message their CO to ask for an extension.
For question 2: Im not totally sure, but I think you sa child nila na nasa pinas no need na for biometrics. Ang alam ko kasi pag nasa abroad lng nirerequest mag biometrics. Napansin ko din po kasi yan when I applied for tourist visa before. They asked me for biometrics while ung mga ksabayan ko sa pinas hind n sila nag biometrics.

Thanks for the response mam. Yes mam this is for the commitment statement. I submitted it already. I just chose specific place in Gold Coast since kasama n nmn siya sa regional area.

Then mam, if magsusubmit ba ng documents sa immi if nainvite ka na mag lodge ng application, does it needs to be notarized/ CTC?. Thank you

Yung mga documents na sinend ni tito ko bsta coloured scan no need na ctc/notarized.

After mo mag submit ng EOI sa home affairs na website, wait ka nalang ng ITA?
If may ITA na dun palang malalaman ano need nila?
May nababasa kase ako na may need ba visit sa site ng state?

for 190/491 state sponsorship, application process depends on which state you are seeking for state sponsorship. For SA, you need to apply for state sponsorship directly on SA govt website. Some states will choose who to invite to apply for sponsorship from the submitted EOIs in the homeaffairs website. You must visit each states website to check whether your nominated occupation is in the State's skilled nomination list. ITA for visa application is dependent upon the approval of your state sponsorship. Once the state sponsorship is approved, homeaffairs will issue ITA for the visa. You can visit www.anzscosearch.com and search for your nominated occupation and it will show you your visa options. (What to apply, which state offers sponsorship etc.)

for 190/491 state sponsorship, application process depends on which state you are seeking for state sponsorship. For SA, you need to apply for state sponsorship directly on SA govt website. Mag ask lng po sana ako ng opinion.

I received a pre-invite from QLD para po sa 491 application ko. I submitted already ung mga documents na sinabi nila sa email. Kaso nabasa ko sa website nila last March 25 na temporary closed ung 491 application nilafor offshore. D ko sure kung affected ba ung application ko since nagsend sila skin last March 19 and I submitted the requirements on March 20.

In line po dito, sa tingin nio po ba wala naman pong magiging problema if mag send din ako ng application ko sa tasmania under 491 as well since open pa din sila for offshore. Sa tasmania kasi need mo din mag submit ng eoi sa mismong website nla and pay the assessment fee.

Hndi naman po kaya magka conflict un sa application ko sa QLD?

Add ko lang pala dapat either PR or citizen yung brother mo na nasa regional.

I have a question, my agent is lodging my expression of interest sa Australia. Tapos po yung point ko for Visa 190 is 70 points, Visa 491 is 80 points. Si Misis kukuha pa ang English test (IELTS) after matapos ang CoronaVirus ECQ natin.
Yung question ko po, is my 70 points enough to get invited po ba? pati na rin yung 80 points ko sa Visa 491?

@Ed510 Anything could hapen.. Few people last Jan-March 2019 got an invitation for 190 even 65 points lang so who knows.. Monitor the invitation rounds so that atleast you have an idea kung anong points naka receive ng invite..

Depende sa profession. For example mostly sa IT industry, yung threshold is 90 points, halos walang chance ang 80 points if your profession is IT related. On the other hand, I have seen 65 points get invited in some professions. For example as architects, may nakikita akong invited na 65 to 70 lang.

May implication ba kapag pinili ko sa Territorry is "Any" or mas better mamili talaga ng isa?

Also my target is NSW, sila ba ung mag seselect ng EOI sa SkillSelect or do i need to apply in their website?

Salamat po. Nag momonitor po ako ng mga invitation rounds. Sa Electronics Engineer kasi minimum 85 points sa Visa 189/491. Hindi kasi visible sa 190 kung ilang ang minimum points. Sana po at ma consider kami sa Visa190.

Thanks sa information. Nakaka tulong na may ibang nag bibigay nga positive push sa mga kagaya natin nag persist. Laban lang.
May nakita akong Visa189 (80 points) meron din sa Visa 491. Sana ma consider.
I'm thinking of taking again the PTE English test at e-target ang superior level.
