  question, kung sakali naka kuha ka ng invitation for visa application 189 visa ... ipapa notaryo mo pa ba ulit yung mga papers mo? kasi di ba sa governing bodies nabigay mo na yung mga certified true copies.... so papa notaryo ka ulit?
  
  and sa Certificate of Employment na may job description? ilang months ba ang validity nun? medyo nawala ulit ako sa circulation dahil daming inaasikaso sa office for the last 5 months.... dahil nag submit ako sa ACS last July lang.. so yung COE ko eh dated June 10,2012 pa...

We have consulted an agency specializing in Australian migration and we passed the inital assessment. They seem to be very helpful, but the only factor that makes me think twice is the huge fee that we have to pay. Please help us decide. Hubby is currently qualified as systems analyst under skilled independent category SI (189). Thank you.

  hi, if you would read few posts back.. you have the same questions with some of the members..
  
  1) No, you dont need to have your documents CTC again, scan your original documents (colored) and you can attach that to your online visa application...
  
  2) wala pong expiration date ang COE.. but you may want to get a new one, if you think it can add up to your years work experience (especially if you are still in the same work/company) in claiming EOI points..

  maliban sa western union at credit card, anu-ano ang mga ways para makapag money transfer sa Australia? namamahalan kasi ako sa charge at exchange rate ng Western Union. Puede ba by bank? ano ang kailangang gawin.

  newbie lang po ako d2 sa forum and just want to know kung ano po yung better strategy sa pag migrate sa AU.. may invitation na po ako to apply for 189 visa.. ano po bang mas ok sa speed ng processing and cost...mag-apply together with family or mag-apply muna alone then sponsoran na lang ang famiy later on?

  Thanks @RobertSG.. nasa SG din po ako.. ang dilemma kse may newborn ako e.. kaka-apply lang ng passport and mukhang di aabot yung release ng passport sa expiration ng invitation... pwede bang mag-apply then mag-add na lang while processing ? kelangan ba mag resubmit ng EOI kung mag expire yung invite??

  if you claiming points for partner's skills assessment, yes..
  if you cannot satisfy any of the other requirements for english language... yes..

  Just include your baby po sa application, once mg ka CO - inform nio na ln po na you are waiting for her passport Dont let EOI expires...

  Tanong po before ako mag submit ng EOI
  
  Pag nagkaroon na ng invitation to lodge visa application, okey lang ba na ang scan ko na documents ay yung mga nanotarized nung 2009? Kitang kita kasi yung notarization nya at may dates pa like yung TOR, PRC cert, and diploma. Kasi yan yung mga ginamit ko sa skills assessment ko dati. The certificate of employment and ITR will still be requested para updated talaga. Or better if I'll get new copies from the concerned issuing bodies?

  Hi..ilang beses na rin itong natanong dito:
  
  1. If you have the original copy of all your documents, you can just scan that (colored) and you can attach that to your online visa application.
  2. Kung wala, then pwede na nag scanned copy ng CTCed document.
  3. You may want to get updated copies of your COE/ITR if you think that will improve your work experience points..
  
  ex: assessment result mo is only 4.5 yrs and since then, nadagdagan ng 0.5 years, making it 5 years = 10 points sa work exp... this is easy if you have the same job and the same company..
  pero kung ibang company/job.. mahirap i prove dahil kailangan ng DIAC ng assessment ng assessing authority mo...
  
  kung hindi naman mag-iimprove.. sayang naman ang effort at oras.. sa halip na umaandar na ang application eh nadedelay pa..
  
  but again, wala nmn pong mali sa pagkuha ng updated COE... im just suggesting para mapabilis ang processing nyo..
