Parehas kaming nag PTE ng asawa ko. Then nagpa assess din kami pareho. Both of us has positive outcome sa Vetassess sa knaya 5years na credit sakin 3 years lang. Both of us proficient in PTE. So kahit papanu plus points un

But in ACT, mejo mahirap mainvite and magka ITA, kasi may additional requirement and ACT na 5 job hiring within 6 weeks. So dapat in demand ang job mo sa Act at laging hiring.

Nagvisit si hubby sa ACT AND GOT A JOB OFFER kaya tumaas ung points niya. Though wala na ung job offer nung magrant ung visa namin.

Hello po. I received an invitaion to apply for Visa 190 from ACT this morning. Medyo torn po kami.
May pending visa 482 kami sa Sydney pero since offshore at inabutan ng covid, hindi sigurado kung kelan maaapprove or if maaapprove pa ba yung application. Gumastos na si employer ng 16kAUD. Pero baka 2021 pa magmove yung application.
Yung 5-7mos na timeline kaya ng 190, applicable lang for onshore applicants sa panahon na to? Gaano po katagal usually yung buong process after mag accept ng invite? Okay naman po ba job opportunities ng Mechanical Engrs? Pareho kasi kami ni hubby.
Alin po kaya sa dalawang visa ang mas mataas ang success rate in terms of visa grant, job opp at speed ng application? Salamat po in advance.

Visa 190 is definitely the better visa. Kasi PR siya. Try mo munang icomply ang ACT requirements. Especially the 5 job hiring research para approve and pre invite mo. Just try wala namang masama kung hindi mo itatry. Yun nga lanag magbabayad ka ng pre invite application fee which is 250$ ata.
That being said, your employer already paid a lot of money to your 482 application. Maaring ituloy niya yung application mo. Maating hindi. Angvtanung jan may pinirmahan kaba na pag kinamcel mo ung application mo, may babayaran kaba sa employer dun sa mga ginastos niya. Kawawa din employer. Heheh
Sa panahon ngayun ang application ay mas matagal due to covid sa mga offshore katulad natin. Kaya yung visa 190 pwede mgayung year matapos, pwede ring hindi. It depends talaga sa co at sa medical and documents mo. Weigh every pros and cons.

Hindi po ako 482 Sir. Before Covid mabilis lang ang 482. I have a friend na nagrant ang 482 with 2 months. But since 482 is temporary hindi po siya ipa process ngayung Covid times.

@ga2au ah ganon pba??? nag labas po ba ang AU govt regarding 482 visa na di nila process this time? kc itong agent ng brother-inlaw ko wla nman daw problema kung i-process nila ang 482 mas ok daw at dito nlng i process ang 186 pag nan dito na siya.... kaya nag papaisip ako kung nag process ba tlga ng 482 ngayon at dami din unemployed ngayon... salamat.

Kung nasa Aus po kayo baka pwedeng maprocess. pero definitely pag onshore hindi pa sila nagpaprocess ng 482. try niyo pong magtanung tanung. baka naman pwede.

Kmi dito pero si brother in-law na may agent process ang 482 nsa Dubai sila... kaya hoping parin kc hinayang din ako sa babayaran tpos hindi pla possible... kaya try din akong mag check check... sna nga puwede ng di nman masayang pera nila... salamat ng marami!
