@pcathv0205 Ambilis ng progress ng sayo, ako 3 weeks na kahapon nasa Stage 2 pa din. May nareceive akong courtesy e-mail from Skill Select na may invitation round on Feb. 4, mukhang di ata ako aabot.

Analyst Programmer. Praying. More than the docs, praying for my anxious heart at stressed-now-acidic stomach hehe, but seriously nakakaba, and wala naman magagawa but to wait. Si Lord na bahala sa docs at pag-overcome sa stress.

@rara_avis, oo nga eh ang bilis mas lalo akong kinakabahan. Pero wala din eh malapit na sa ceiling ung nominated occupation ko, 206 nalang.

eh magIELTS palang ako sa march.. sana di maalis sa SOL for 2013-2014.

@pcathv0205 Nasa isang category lang tayo, Business Analyst ang occupation ko pero lately ko lang naisip na more on Systems Analyst naman talaga ang ginagawa ko. Anyway, yun nga lang din ang pinagdadasal ko na kung di ako umabot, sana di maalis sa July 1 at saka sana mas mataas ang ceiling sa occupation natin.

sorry late ang bati... bugbog sarado sa trabaho recently. Nag register na ko for March 9 IELTS exam sa BC. Kulang na sa time pag Feb eh. Feb 2 & 14 lang yung GT exam. May free book sa BC with CD pag more than 3 weeks ka nagreg before ng exam date, (IELTS Tips). Tas pwede ka pa gumamit ng mini library nila. May online access din palang ibibigay...

Hello,
I need enlightenment.. I have a 2-year diploma in computer system design and programming at AMA CLC with 10 years working experience as a developer programmer..
Problem is: I had read the previous pages same with my case na hindi naging suitable ung assessment nya..

Do you guys know another way that I will be suitable for ACS assessment? Pano kaya yong RPL? Confuse kasi ako. I would really appreciate your advises.

hello @Strader , i think post ko ata ung nabasa mo... Same tayo AMA CLC 2yrs diploma.
Result was di daw recognized qualifications ko... I will go for RPL next year. But if you have any of the following certifications you can go ahead with 'Skills' assessment.

The following vendor certifications are accepted by the ACS and are comparable to an AQF Diploma with an ICT major.

·Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
·Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.
·Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.
·Microsoft Certified IT Professional from 2007.
·Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist from August 2009.

Novell Certification:

@strader, I also have a 2 year diploma course from Meralco Foundation Institute, I've submitted my RPL Jan. 06, Sana ok yung results. If ok I can give you my RPL to use as a basis. That is kung ok sya. Wish me luck!

@franz, @Strader sure guys, nakakapraning lang mag-antay ng results sobrang kinakabahan ako, pero positive thinking kaya nagbook na rin ako ng IELTS on Feb. 02, sana ok kahit papano, nakakainspire magbasa dito sa forums nung timeline ng iba, you can read their old thread having the same experience pero updated na yung signature with VISA grant. Hope everyone can have the same. tiis tiis..

@franz, @Strader sure guys, nakakapraning lang mag-antay ng results sobrang kinakabahan ako, pero positive thinking kaya nagbook na rin ako ng IELTS on Feb. 02, sana ok kahit papano, nakakainspire magbasa dito sa forums nung timeline ng iba, you can read their old thread having the same experience pero updated na yung signature with VISA grant. Hope everyone can have the same. tiis tiis..

namnamin mo nalang ang success every step of the way. Di mo mamalayan eh malapit ka na matapos. BTW, ano ba yang RPL sa ACS parang di ko matandaan na nagsubmit ako nyan.

@Khorups sana nga bumilis ang mga araw at positive lahat ng klngan ko, para sa mga non-degree, undergraduate or diploma course yung RPL o kaya pag nde related yung pinagaralan mo sa nominated occupation mo klngan mo magRPL. In my case 2 year course lang kasi ako with 10 years experience as Analyst Programmer, hopefully pumasa. Thanks!

@rguez06 ay ok salamat sa explanation. Feeling ko oks ka din jan sa RPL considering na 10 years na yung experience mo. Nakakapraning lang talaga mag antay. Ako halos di na makafocus sa trabaho kaka browse dito sa pinoyau hahahaha

@Khorups nakakatawa pareho tayo, hinde ako makafocus sa work ngaun kakabrowse dito sa forums, kakabasa ng experience ng iba, ang sarap magbasa minsan maiinspire ka meron din namang post na mapaparanoid ka, 10 times a day ata kung icheck ko yung status ng assessment ko sa acs, 2 weeks na since bumalik sila pero stage 2 pa rin kaya nakakapraning hehehe.. di bale konting tiis pa, harapin ko muna IELTS ko this week. Thanks!
