Nope. Just tried to submit. A friend of mine (hindi pinoy) got invited last March even though he’s not internationally renowned. He just proved his accomplishments fir more than 15 years of experience on his field.
Hoping lang na magkaroon tayo ng ibang visa options na pede applyan tulad neto.

Be very careful with your approach, you may get invited to apply for a visa but you would need to show evidences that you meet the requirements during the application stage if not then you’ll waste your money on the visa application.
