  Kung magisa ka lang and looking for a room then check gumtree, flatmates, FB marketplace.
  If you cannot secure a place to rent, maybe you can check with airbnb first then saka na lang hanap ng pangrerentahan dito. It is much easier to look for a room to rent rather than a whole house/apartment.
