Hi bro thanks sa response. yes bro actually bumababa na points ko less 5 gawa ng age. For 491 sa nakkita ko sa mga websites ng states ay onshore pa rin un required nila, hopefully it will change this new FY. I am thinking of study route na para makapunta na dun

Sa EA paano magrequest sa kanila ng updated copy? pwde na ba ako magrequest before magexpire?

tanong ko lang, kailan magstop ang expiration ng mga documents? kapag official invite from DHA or kahit pre-invite pa lang?

pano kapag nakareceived ka ng pre-invite and na-isubmit mo na lahat ng documents pero may document ka na mageexpire the following month at hindi pa lumalabas yung result ng pre-invitation application mo?

Sana naman bumaba yung points cap saka yung invitations maging monthly na or even fortnightly katulad nung pre-pandemic, given those levels. Maganda nga na tumaas yung quota pero sana mag-adjust din yung selection criteria and process.

There's some news na itataas na ulit yung migration cap this financial year. So prepare lang and abang abang. This could be the year for you guys. Good luck.

We can all just hope and pray. But i think the full effect maybe experienced around october onwards pa because of a summit this september wherein the new gov’t would layout the new changes on migration policies.

Hello, ikaw po yung applicant na nainvite sa 85pts? Pede po malaman DOE ng EOI mo and occupation? Same pts kasi tayo hehe. salamat!

Yung preferred state option, for 190 lang siya, walang ganung option for 189.

need ko lang advice kasi 1 hr ago naka receive ako ng 189 invitation pero this august 25, 2022 is flight ko na for Sydney,australia as visa 482.. if i-accept and ilodge ko ang 189 invitation now is di ba magkaproblema sa pag entry ko as 482? and also ang EOI ko na my invite is ma expire na this september 22, 2022.

pero yun 189 na EOI ko wla ang NSW sa list, niremove ko last week lang nung nag release ang NSW news na dapat my separate EOI if mag apply ako NSW 190. so gumawa ako separate NSW 190 na eoi... ewan ko rin bakit niremove ko ang NSW sa 189 EOI ko , naisip ko lang kasi para sure ma invite sa NSW 190 is gawa nlang ako separate EOI talaga. question ko lang is if ever ma grant yun 189 ko in the future, pwede pa naman ako magstay sa Sydney at sa employer ko dba? xempre nakakahiya din sa employer if alis agad. cya nagbayad sa visa both sa amin ng dependent ko. hindi ko pa clinick yun apply visa sa eoi kasi nag ask muna ako advice dito, medyo nagpanic din ako now or cguru sa tuwa kasi very unexpected. ang pagkalaam ko ang 189 visa is i can work and live anywhere sa Australia.

@gzabala sa pagkakaalam ko based on some research (please correct me if im wrong):

1) you can still enter and work in Aus with the 482 visa and file for the 189. Once ma-grant si 189, it will supercede yung 482 mo, meaning yung 189 na yung visa in effect mo

2) 189 does not care for state nomination, so yung pagtanggal mo sa NSW for EOI ng 189 ay walang effect

3) you can file for 189 onshore

4) this one im not sure, pero i believe you dont need to change employers once ma-grant yung 189 mo.

Ayun lang, congrats! Please let us know yung points, DOE, and occupation mo for 189 since we're also anxiously waiting hahahah
