Hi guys. I'd like to confirm lang po regarding EOI Given names. Did you include your middle name in Given name? May part po kasi sa form 80 na need i-input yung name na nakalagay sa passport. May middle name po kasi sa passport ko pero sa EOI wala.

Ask ko lang po dun sa mga nag Fill-up ng Form 815, dun po sa mga mga age below 16, yung nilagay nyo po na name of parents si Given name at Surname lang or kasama pati middle name? Thanks po

Ang advise lagi ng agent ko ay iinclude full name na nakaindicate sa passport - first, middle, and last name. Nagkaissue kami dito since yung partner ko namiss yung middle name sa police check. So binalik samin ng CO and nagrequest ng new police check including the middle name. To avoid any issues, iinclude nyo na lang yung full name.

Unfortunately no po. 😢 Your English test is only valid last month. Hindi siya ma aacept. Its only stops the expiry kung nalodge na siya. So i suggest na wag mong ituloy kasi hindi siya maaccept. Sayang ung invite 😢

Pero sa totoo lang dapat naisulat na in bold letters ang mga conditions na ito para hindi sayang ang gastos ng applicants.

Example:

3. Age - points earned will be locked in at the time of invite.
4. Occupation Assessment must be valid at the time of lodgment (maximum 3 years). Any change in company must apply additional assessment to claim points. Occupation Duration must be vailid for the last 10 years before visa lodgment.
5. Education Qualifications - earned before the starting date acknowledged in the occupation assessment. Must have equivalent course subjects with Australian standard. (Merong school sa Pilipinas hindi inoffer lahat ng subject equivalent sa Australian Standard).
6. Any error claims from the 1st visa application in australia(pwedeng tourist, temporary o permanent visa) kahit na grant ka na as citizen will have significant impact sa pagstay mo ng permanently sa Australia

Malalaman mo yan sa mga experiences na narefuse o Na CO contact ng case officer.

Consistency is the key sabi ng nabasa ko dati dito sa forum. Kung ano nilagay mo sa EOI un gamitin sa lodgement. I have a friend nagrant sya na hindi nya ininclude middle name nya sa mga forms, well bec walang middle name siguro ung EOI nya. Ako naman is ung isa kong PCC walang kasamang middle name pero ung application ko may middle name lahat, tinanggap naman ni CO. Siguro depende tlaga sa CO kung anong feel nya. Pero as much as possible consistent dapat lahat. Best of luck po!

thanks for this info. so inupdate ko yung EOI ko to add my middle name. pero sa live in Melbourne portal, hindi ko na maedit yung name ko dun to add my middle name. okay lang kaya na sa EOI ko meron middle name tapos sa Live in Melbourne ay wala? Or should I withdraw the ROI, just create a new account with different e-mail address sa Live in Melbourne and SkillSelect for Victoria. or hayaan ko na lang kung anong meron ako ngayon which is sa Live in Melbourne portal walang middle name sa account ko dun tapos sa EOI ko meron. Hi @wenwerwu , pag nagwithdraw ka ng ROI and you create a new ROI, how sure kaya na makakareceive ka ulit ng pre-invite. In my case I tried to include din my middle name sa EOI then later on narealize ko na di na pala editable yung name natin sa ROI ng VIC pag waiting ng nomination approval, so binalik ko sa walang middle name yung EOI. I even inquired in Vic portal kung pwede maglagay ng middle name sa ROI but 3 business days pa pala before sila mag reply. So I decided na wala nalang middle name in both EOI and ROI for consistency. I tried to reach out someone din na reliable source and advised me to be consistent.

In my case I tried to include din my middle name sa EOI then later on narealize ko na di na pala editable yung name natin sa ROI ng VIC pag waiting ng nomination approval, so binalik ko sa walang middle name yung EOI. I even inquired in Vic portal kung pwede maglagay ng middle name sa ROI but 3 business days pa pala before sila mag reply. So I decided na wala nalang middle name in both EOI and ROI for consistency. I tried to reach out someone din na reliable source and advised me to be consistent.

6. Any error claims from the 1st visa application in australia(pwedeng tourist, temporary o permanent visa) kahit na grant ka na as citizen will have significant impact sa pagstay mo ng permanently sa Australia

i'll probably keep everything the way it is kesa mag gawa ng bagong account sa Live In Melbourne. pero sa other EOIs lagyan ko na lang ng middle name.

i think if mainvite in the future and the CO asks (if melbourne man), atleast all the other legal documents na isubmit mo will have the middle name naman.

Be consistent with your submissions. Ang aim dapat ng applicant for me, yung di mo na pagiisipin si CO kung magkaiba ba o hindi sa EOI, ROI, Assessment, Lodgment. Sa dami ng pending ng CO, mas gugustuhin niya na consistent lahat ng submissions. Syempre kung Na case contact ka, mapupunta na naman sa ilalim yung application mo. Aim na Direct Grant agad pag naglodge ka na.

Yung nasa Skillselect ay GIVEN names and FAMILY name. ako nilagay ko sa GIVEN names ay First + Middle. I think hindi pwedeng iwanan ang Middle name kasi nasa passport/birthcerth/IC na need din upload later sa visa application.

I'm in the saaaaame situation! I followed the majority of suggestions that I read on this thread and other forums.

I edited ALL my EOIs (multiple e), and included my Middle Name on the field of Given Names. Kanina lang, actually. Hehe. Waiting pa lang naman ako sa pre-invite kaya it's safe pa. Hehe.

Sa PTE website ksi nakalagay ay “First Name” hindi “Given name”. So need pa rin ba ilagay ung Middle name here? Thanks.

I edited ALL my EOIs (multiple e), and included my Middle Name on the field of Given Names. Kanina lang, actually. Hehe. Waiting pa lang naman ako sa pre-invite kaya it's safe pa. Hehe.

Click it and you'll be redirected here..

Then edit, what you need to edit. Hope it helps.

Once naka lodge na ba ung EOI for example 2 months, then may gusto ka i-add additional points like NAATI or higher english exam score. Back to zero ba ulit ung pagiintay sa EOI? Thanks po.

Hello. We just lodged our visa today and my boyfriend is included in the application as defacto partner. Medyo anxious lang ako with the documents we submitted to prove our relationship but I was able to provide relationship statements, 6 statement of support from friends & family, joint bank account (but maliit lang ang pondo at hindi in and out ang money), screenshot of bank transfers, travel photos, travel bookings with our names. We weren't able to get a lease contract with our names but the admin of the building gave us certificate of tenancy. Less than a year lang din cohabitation around 8 months I think but we explained in the relationship statement why. Do you think this will make our application complicated? Kabado lang talaga.
