I don't think nagbabase sila sa tagal ng EOI. Meron yung kakagawa lang ng EOI pero nakakareceive ng invites kahit hindi ganun kataas ang points. Sa Queensland din, nirequire nila na newly created ang EOI last month. Mas ok na na iupdate mo EOI dagdag points din yun.

I'm in the saaaaame situation! I followed the majority of suggestions that I read on this thread and other forums.

I edited ALL my EOIs (multiple e), and included my Middle Name on the field of Given Names. Kanina lang, actually. Hehe. Waiting pa lang naman ako sa pre-invite kaya it's safe pa. Hehe.

Sa Engineers Australia, walang prob, since meron silang field sa Middle Name. So yung outcome letter, naka indicate yung Middle Name.

Kaso sa PTE, wala ring field yung Middle Name! May naka-book pa naman akong exam sa Sep21. Nagrequest for change of info rin ako. Para pag release ng PTE results, indicated na yung middle name sa document. It would take 3-5days daw to update their portal. Sana by the time na lumabas results ko, updated na.

Yung first take ko kasi, hindi indicated yung middle name upon checking. So I'm doing it better this time.

To all, be aware of this one. Para consistent lahat ng documents.

Hello. Regarding po sa given names, hindi ko po kasi naisama yung middle name ko sa EOI.

Nakareceive na po ako ng ITA at nagfifill up ng Form 80. Okay lang po ba na sa Form 80 isama ko na yung middle name? Lahat po ng docs ko ay naka indicate yung middle name ko.

Tignan mo mismo yung mo yung letter na naka-attach doon sa notice pag nag-login ka sa immiaccount. May letterhead yun galing sa HA. Doon mo malalaman kung anu-ano ang mga visa condition. Sa case ko so far nag-comply na ako pero since na hindi pa kumpleto yung details na kailangan nila, yung meron lang ako ang in-update ko.
Yung tungkol naman sa pag-stay sa Australia, not necessarily kailangan mong pumunta na kaagad sa designated area mo. Para din kasi yang nag-first entry ka sa Australia within the nine month period, pero hindi ka lang umalis ng bansa. Kaya pupuwede kang mag-stay sa ibang lugar (halimbawa sa mga kakilala) habang naghahanap ka ng trabaho at matitirhan.
Lastly, wala kang kailangang i-submit before travel afaik, basta ang kailangan mo lang e ihanda mo ang sarili mo. Yun lang siguro.

I just used their Contact Us >> Online Enquiry Form. Di ko na maalala kung anong category yung pinili ko e. May mga choices kasi dun. Paki explore na lang po ang closest to your concern. I'll send here the context of my request.

Then, they will ask you to upload documents/evidence to support your name change. I uploaded my passport bio-page. It took around 3days para magreflect sa VIC Account. Now, my middle name is reflected in my VIC acct.

Im really confused sa visa conditions. like for example yung notify certain changes, wala po ako need iupdate so far. yung attend interview, di ko po makita if may invitation sila to attend interview. yung provide evidence of addresses as requested, wala din po ako makita na request from them. I also checked my immiaccount, unable to display po yung mga visa conditions. Kaya nagwoworry po ako if meron ba ko need isubmit kasi nilagay nila yung visa conditions sa grant letter. Or talaga po bang nilalagay nila yon even if di kelangan magcomply? Thank you po ulit.

Ganito yan. Merong visa condition sa grant letter.
Pagtapak mo sa au, iupdate mo sila, Update notify changes, then click mo, not yet received from DHA.
Then maguupdate ka ulit, click mo received a letter from DHA, usually 1-2 months ito pagkatapos mo sila iupdate sa una. Separate folder yung magegenerate.

Ano ba pwedeng asikasuhin? Yung mga ID from the state, driver's licence, TFN letter, Medicare (1-2 moths ito darating) and kung ano ano pa. Magattend ka ng interview, depende kung meron silang hindi sure sa documents mo or fraudulent, or random lang. K

Inform mo muna sila. Saka kalang lilipat if pinayagan. Kasi kung di mo sila ininform, it might affect your application sa 191 or sa citizenship in the future. Irereview nila lahat yun kung sakali

na grant ako ng visa 482 last may 31, 2022 sa PH.. 4yrs ang visa.
now nasa sydney na ako but 3 days before ako nagland sa sydney is na invite ako ng 189 so nilodge ko kaagad... question ko lang is do i need a bridging visa now? di kasi alam ng employer ko na naglodge na ako ng 189 kasi itong EOI ko september 2020 pa ito before pa ako nag aapply/naghahanap na employer na maka sponsor maka enter lang ng Aus.

upon application mo ng PR 189, automatically you will be given a bridging visa, without the need to apply for it. however, since meron ka pa namang 482 in effect, un pa rin ang magpe-prevail. your bridging visa will only take into effect once your 482 expires while still waiting for the result of your 189 application.

Hello! I received ITA for 190 VIC at maglolodge na po ako ng Visa, question lang po sa Employment documents:
- Ang isusubmit po ba dun ay yung documents din na ginamit sa Skills Assessment? last November 2020 pa kasi assessment ko sa ACS at hindi po ako nagiba ng current employer at wala nadagdag na points so yung documents na yun ay ITR for FY2019, Payslips, Employment Reference(COE) stating na for ACS assessment. Or dapat po ba yung latest ITR, Payslips, at COE na hindi na nakaaddress sa ACS? Thank you so much!

Hello po, nglodge po ako Ng 189 but waiting for grant. My husband po is included sa application, but he is booked to travel po this week na nka tourist visa. Ask kopo sana if ok lng po ba na mgentry sya under tourist visa or Mas ok na hintayin ung grant if ever. Thank you po.

Declare everything na updated para mapicture out ng CO kung ano yung circumstances mo.
Syempre never overclaim related sa points.
Iattach mo rin yung assessment ng ACS na yung employment mo was accessed up to a certain date.
Kung ano pwedeng iupdate before lodgment in terms of docs, yun ang sinubmit ko. kahit yung sss, pagibig, bir, employment reference letter etc.

Waiting for grant 🙏🏻. "Received" pa din po nakalagay sa immi account. Magbabago ba yung "received" kapag meron na case officer? Napasa na din lahat ng requirements including Form 80 and Form 1221.

Also about sa updated 189 Visa processing time, onshore + offshore naman siguro yun? Wala kasi sinabing onshore or offshore dun. 75% applications within 68 days daw.

Nothing to attach sa medicals. Check if your health assessment section havr the status of health clearance provided - no action required. If all applicants are yes. Waiting nlng yang further assessment mo.

technically, hindi mo na rin naman magagamit yang bridging visa given that your 482 will still exist for the next 4 years. i doubt that the decision for your 189 will be released longer than 4 years hahaha

Hello good morning. Tanong ko lang if pwede magmedical muna bago maglodge for visa application? Or wait muna ang CO contact?

Since nainvite na kami Sep.6, start na kasi ng 60 days countdown. Apparently, papunta kasi kami Seoul (end of October) for work too, it's for at least 1 year. Baka kasi mas mahirapan kung dun pa kami magmedical, due to language barrier.

Or shall we wait na lang muna sa CO request ng medical? Then push namin na dun na sa Seoul magmedical. Meron naman mga accredited clinics.

I hope someone can give us advice. Especially to those who have experience doing their medical overseas. Thank you.

since na invite na kayo, once you lodge your application and submitted the docs - automatically ire-require kayo for medical exam (lalabas to through online immigration account), without even being contacted by CO. but be aware na medical validity is for a certain period only, so might expire even before the decision.

if your only worry is having difficulty because of language in case sa korea kayo kukuha, i highly doubt it - just use google translate live translation. lol.

Advise is to lodge your application fast. So you can arrange your health examination before kayu umalis papuntang korea. If hindi kaya, no need to worry naman kasi mostly sa mga ganyang clinic na nag eexam for immigration, i think they know how to speak English. If hindi tlaga, google tramslate haha just wat jobxxx said. Good luck
