Malalock lang po yan if nalodge na. That's what I know. But ive read on Facebook which we can't really rely sa Fb, but i heard some na nagagrant naman kahit expired na documents. But please wag niyo ng hintaying mag expired. Peace of mind narin yan kesa araw araw mong iniisip kung tatanggapin ba or hindi ung expired PTE mo.

Hi po Miss Hikari, is this true po? ako kasi naka receive ako ng ITA today pero currently expired na yung PTE ko (Expired June 2022). Plan ko mag retake para merong fresh PTE result. Tatanggapin pa din kaya kahit new PTE result ang iaattach ko sa application? (or both expired and fresh results ang i attach?) Thank you po.

Wanna share my frustrations to this group. Just got my 491 visa grant last Sept 13. Sabi ko dedelete ko EOIs ko for 189/190 but my father just passed away before I received my visa grant, kaya nawala sa isip ko talaga idelete. Today, I also received ITA for 189 Med. Lab Scientist. I really wanna grab it but what else can I doooo AAGHHGSH

dont get me wrong po sana hehe thankful pa rin naman po ako for the 491 visa nahihinayang lang dahil naiisip ko na sana naantay ko pa. yun lang po but i still wish po na pwede ko pa magrab yon kasi 189 na yon eh huhuhu. congrats po sa lahat ng nainvite and pray lang po sa mga di pa nakareceive! goodluck everyone!

grabe itooooo. masakit sa puso ito. granted na 491 mo, and as far as i know, hindi pedeng mag apply ng 189 ang 491 holders, kasi merong 191 kayo down the road. consult ka po sa agent... baka meron silang way to go about this. but logic tells me, baka need mong rescind ang 491 para makapag apply ng 189.
good luck! and condolence na rin sa recent passing ng father mo.

Sana po may makahelp sakin.. Naka receive po ako today na invitation, kaso expired yung assessment ko ng september 2022. Balak ko sana mag pa assess ulit and update eoi kaso sabi sa siill select “ It will be too late to update your EOI if you receive an invitation to lodge a visa application.” Ano po gagawin ko?

Huhu i got also invited today for 189 Medical Lab Scientist
kaso nagprocess na ako for USA with H1B visa only 
( USEM Interview ko na sa Oct 17. 
wala na akong pera for Visa 189. 
( i'm super stressed right now. Gustong gusto ko tong AU. Congrats po sa ibang mga nainvite. Torned between 2 opportunities. Akala ko di dadating yung 189.

May options ka naman siguro para makapag process ng 189, think of the long term kung anong mas makakabuti. At least hindi ka pa nakakalipad papuntang US eh binigyan ka na ng other option. Goodluck on your decision

Got invited as well with expired PTE and assessment 😢

huhu same situation
kala ko matagal pa grant ng 491 kaya naglodge ako tapos wala pang 1 month nagrant na bigla. then now may 189 invite. If offshore ba at hindi pa umalis to AUS to use the 491 visa, pwede pa bang magapply for 189? sorry hoping lang na may magawa pa for 189. May ganung case na ba nagawa?

depende po sa state na nag nominate. ang alam ko Queensland ang nag rerequire ng ganitong rules, and ung ibang state ay not required. try to watch "Australian Immigration Law Services" in youtube. dyan ko po napanood ang info.

thanks! will watch that. dun kasi sa pinirmahan kong nomination conditions declaration for VIC sabi:
"I agree that myself and my dependents intend to live in Victoria for at least two years", intend lang kasi so it's more of a moral obligation nalang to the state that nominated you rather than legal.

I am really not sure about this but if gantong case siguro, you would need to totally cancel ang 491 visa mo. Pero check mo rin po kung may possible way ba talaga. And of course, given ang processing time ng 189, it would really take time. All the best po

Ask ko lang, need pa ba ng declaration para sa mga kids? or ok na ung marriage cert?

Thanks dear. Nakita ko nga din processing time ng 189. parang tapos ka na sa 491 bago ma-grant hehe. hay grabe naman nila paglaruan ang feelings natin. lol nasa AUS na ba kayo? kita kits po!

Okay lang yan. Focus sa positives sa situation mo, kahit gusto mo bukas pumunta na dito at mag-start na ng bagong buhay, pwede na. Not sure if you are allowed to apply for the 189 or 190 visa since you already have a 491 visa, kung pwede at may money ka, go for it.
