  Same here po...

  I Badly need your advice. I took my English test thrice. Sa kasamaang palad, isa ako sa mga naexpired and EOI during the pandemic. May tiyahin ako sa AU na pumayag mag sponsor sakin. kaya lang I'm turning 40 next month and and maximum lang na points ko ay 70 to 80 points. May ilalaban pa po ba ito sa job code ko na 263111? Kahi kung wala na talaga I'll give up on my AU dream and maybe try CA nalang

  Issues:
  1. Expired na po ung PTE used in 2nd EOI
  2. Not sure if valid pa ung Skill Assessment, meron nagsasabi po na walang expiry ung skill assessment ng Engineers Australia pero d ko po sure kung totoo
  3. Ung resignation date sa 2nd job ko po ay di match sa COE
  4. When I applied, single pa po, pero meron po ako girlfriend.

  Inquiries:
  1. Should I continue to lodge my visa application o i withdraw ko n lng po? If I withdraw can I immediately file new EOI?
  2. Pano po i withdraw ung visa application?
  2. Kapag nag withdraw po ba, ma ba-banned ako for 3 years?
  3. Kung magtake po ako ng PTE within 60 days, i honor po kaya un ng immigration?
  4. Ung Skill Assessment po ba ng EA has no expiry? Pano po makakuha ng renewed EA SkillAssessment in case?

  Maraming salamat po in advance sa mga magsasagot/comment. Pasensya na po, medyo lost lng po.

  1) marami kang same case dito and ang general advise eh wag ituloy ang application. Take the PTE again, renew your assessment, then create new EOI. include mo na din gf mo sa application if sabay kayo magmigrate.
  2.1) visa application or EOI? If visa, no idea pero there are others na gumawa recently, sila makakatulong sayo. if EOI na di pa nainvite may option dun to withdraw sa skillselect mo, if nainvite na hintayin mo mag lapse yung 60days before pwede i-withdraw.
  2.2) i don't think so
  3) this is assuming na you'll still pursue yung application? i have no idea if DHA will still accept yung new PTE even if expired yung PTE na nasa EOI
  4) walang expiry pero 3yrs lang ang validity for migration purposes. email ka sa EA requesting for renewal then they'll instruct you how to do it.

  @juju06 got invited last oct 6 with an expired assessment. Huwag muna mag apply visa? Gawa ng new eoi once may bagong skills assessment na lang?

  YES! Paassess na muna ulit, then lodge new EOI.

  Mas okay po kung gagawa ng new eoi? Or hintayin ko ma unlock after 2mos, tsaka i update eoi po?
