@aag hi pagkakalaam ko need nila additional IGRA blood test bukod sa xray para yan sa healthcare workers po kc ngpakuha ako nyan di naman ako under healthcAre kaso di na namen ma ammend pinakuha ko n rin den medyo mahal po 7k sa nationawide aux makati.

Basta for all employment that we are claiming, need po ng evidence or proof of employment. The more we have, the better but be cautious sa mga docs baka may mali or contradicting kasi tao lang din naman gumagawa ng docs natin, COE, payslip, etc or kahit auto generated pwedeng may error pa rin. Importante na legit yung docs, walang fake or forged signature. All the best guys!

it really depends on how long will you be jobless. but here's a draft of expenses for a month:
rent: $2,500 (if you will be living with a flatmate on a location 30 - 45 minutes away from the city. this will include 1 week rent + advance payment/deposit) this will go higher if you will be living by yourself or living closer to the city or if you will find a place which is unfurnished so you need to buy stuff.
food: if you will be tipid and cook for yourself the entire month, you can go as low as $500 - $800, depending on what you will cook. will go higher when you do takeaways or dining out
transpo: i would say $250 for a month will be enough, or even have spillover for the next month. this is for taking public transpo (train + bus)
miscellaneous items:
insurance - cheapest would be the basic of $90
mobile - cheapest would be $30, which includes data
factor in if you will have additional subscriptions like gym, streaming services

Change in circumstances po. Kung may birth certificate at passport po siya pwwde niyo na iupload dun, na may cover letter explaining na nanganak kayu. If wala papo. Letter to explain na kakapanganak niyo palang and currently kayung kumukuha ng mga documents for your new baby. Need po kaai passport ng bata sa medicals. And yes need niya po I medical.

yung sakin po hindi ko nabigay lahat ng payslip at yearly tax documents (BIR 2316), ang binigay ko lang ay:
Previous Employer (resigned Oct 2018) - Jan 2018 at Sept 2018 payslip, BIR 2316 for year 2018
Current Employer (started Oct 2018) - Last 3 month payslip, BIR 2316 for year 2019 at year 2021
hindi naman po na ako na-CO Contact, so I think ok lang kahit hindi na rin iprovide lahat kung first and last siguro ok na yun.

Kulang kulang din payslip ko sa 1st job ko, 3yrs ako dun with only 15payslips so that's 7.5months lang. Pero nagrant naman po. Mas okay if bawat taon ng employment merong payslip.
