These past few invitations, it seems NSW is being more flexible — parang may mga nabasa akong na-invite sila even though their points do not meet the stated point requirements, although di ko na-note yung occupations. If wala namang bayad, maybe worth trying pa rin?

189 - direct ITA, selection of EOI, 60-day expiry. visa application agad.
190 - 2 steps:
1. pre-ITA, aka nomination by state (expiry in 14 days in general), application process varies per state - ito yung minsan need ng ROI muna para maka-receive, depende nga sa state yan
2. ITA (visa application), once nomination application is approved (this is the same as the 189 ITA)
491 - meron rin ata ito pre-ITA then ITA. pero di ko sure yung full details though.
DIY all the way. Avoid preachy, know-it-all, and unscrupulous agents AT ALL COSTS!

Hello po! We just received a pre-invite for NSW 190 although we have a consult and not sure who to ask 😃 Would appreciate po if may ideas kayo!
-so nagapply kami as 'onshore' applicants, and we can provide yung 6 month residency documents in NSW (e.g. bank statement, rent lease)
-kaso nasa pilipinas kami now for vacation. Since Nov28 but balik din Jan2. So sa VEVO naka-tag kami as 'offshore'
So we're just not sure if magiging issue sya when we submit the documents. Can anyone provide advice po? TYSM! 😅
